I ordered a carpet through their online store for a trade show where I was going to exhibit.
I made sure to order in good time and also informed Display2Go of the deadline by which I had to receive the carpet.
Nevertheless, even after I rushed to complete a wire transfer at their request, they didn't check when the transfer had been received and I had to keep mailing them to check that the wire was received and to ship the carpet.
When they finally decided to ship the carpet it was only a few days before the start of the trade show but instead of shipping the carpet with 1-day delivery, they chose to send it with 3 days delivery.
Needless to say, I had to go to HomeDepo and buy a cheap carpet as the carpet from Display2Go arrived two days into the trade show.
I think it fair to say that Display2Go has really bad communication with its customers and doesn't prioritize the wishes and needs of its customers.
I asked to get a refund on the carpet but Display2Go insisted that I had to pay for the shipping cost myself when returning the carpet. That would have cost more than what the carpet was worth, so I kept it.
