Horrible experience so far. Was told I could get a double sided sign. I then went to order and spoke with someone who said they would call to confirm everything. Got a call saying they only do one-sided signs. Before I could change my order to get another sign, they sent me the one sided sign. THEN, the bottom of the actual "hardware" broke after the first time we used it, so it won't roll. It's very heavy, so it now stays outside in the elements. I spoke with someone who wanted to confirm getting me a replacement and would then call me "the next day". It's been a week and I have still not heard from them. Still have a broken one-sided sign sitting outside.
