Our brochure holders came. We assembled correctly and they tipped over. If we place more than 5 standard weight trifold brochures into a holder, it tips over. This causes the back tab to crease, which is what is supposed to keep the holder up.
When we reached out for customer service, we were told we assembled them incorrectly (we didn’t) and were offered no solution. We sent photos/videos but were blamed for the faulty construction of the holders.
Would not order a thing from this company again. Super disappointed.
