I like the product (8.5 foot folding table) that I purchased from displays2go. However, each one of the three that I ordered arrived with damage to the table. Quite disappointed.

I ordered a wall mounted locking bulletin board. The item itself is good quality but the lock cannot be installed because no tools or fingers can go between the glass and backboard to install it tightly. The two panes of glass are so close together that it just pushes the lock off the glass and could potentially scratch the glass. It looks like an afterthought. Wouldn't have bought it without a lock. Customer service just sent me the instructions via email when I inquired. Not helpful, I already have that. :(

Paid for a designer, really didn't show any type of creativity or give options. Also, I've not even received the order yet.

The products were as good, quality products but the shipping costs were unreasonably high. I damaged three 8x10 product frames that I had used for multiple photo display and needed replacement frames for a cost $28 and shipping cost $30! $30 for 3 pieces of 8x10 plastic that weighed ounces!! I only bought because I already had a wall of these photo frames and did not want some awkward frame that did not match. Those shipping prices will NOT have me returning for any more products.

I think you could have canceled this order. Instead we had to return it & pay a restocking fee.

I wanted it for my husband's military flag but it was too small. I didn't realize there were different sizes. The case is nice.

Let me begin by saying I am not a handy person so assembling the cart was attempted with a my rubber hammer and lots of profanity. A handy person would have assembled it in no time as the directions are explicit. I bought this to put on my outside deck to hold my gardening hand tools and it is exposed 24/7. It didn't look as if any of it would rust but we shall see. I blame myself for one of the sidewalls falling out yesterday - guess I didn't whack it hard enough with the rubber hammer. Guess I will be trying to create a tarp cover of some sort.

Several products came damaged, but I could still use them and dont want to deal w the hassle of sending back. I was satisfied with the overall purchase but i dont know if the damaged items werr shipped that way or damaged intransit so ill still give 3 stars

Had one good order from them--got great customer service. On our second order, Displays2Go shipped the wrong product to us, and then did not deliver on the promised replacement date.

This is the first time we haven't been able to give 5 stars, which is never something we do lightly. The initial order of two large units arrived with one perfect and the other completely broken. I spoke with customer service who said that the replacement would ship out the following day and we would receive is on 2-day shipping, which is what we paid for originally. The unit was supposed to arrive on Monday and it didn't show up . . . and it just hung in the tracking with no new info. I finally called again on Thursday and talked with another rep who said it was scheduled to ship the following day. When I questioned why it hadn't shipped out the week before as promised, she had no answer. Once again it didn't show up when promised and the tracking number didn't work. I called again for the 3rd time (and got the nice lady I had the first time) who told me that it had a different tracking number than the second lady gave me and it would be delivered that day, which it finally was. I get that COVID has made everything difficult, but an honest answer was all we were looking for.

We are missing one part of our order (A-Frame inserts), one pole came broken for our pop-up banner and on 2 of the pop-up signs we purchased the graphic is distorted, but that was not visible in the proof.

The case was just what I needed, however the top is a little too large and when it was forced into place for shipping it caused pressure cracks in two corners, each about 1/4 inch

The pulpit with plaque looks nice. The only problem was that the lock-nuts for the top of the pulpit would not lock onto the lock-bolts. I had to purchase some angle brackets and screw them in to secure the top of the pulpit to the body. (see photo).

The items we ordered came damaged, so I called and reported the damage. We were sent new items, which also arrived damaged. I called again and was seeking a refund. I was persuaded to welcome a third shipment and the product finally arrive undamaged. We are pleased with the product and service, just not that it took 3 times to receive undamaged goods.
