The carts were somewhat damaged in shipping, and some of the pre-assembled parts had been hastily put together and had missing screws and very loose screws that had not been tightened at all.

I never received a receipt that without tax. ( Paperwork for tax emption was submitted and approved.) I've asked numerous times.

My table runner is beautiful. If you need it in hurry, order it local. The processing time is compounded by them taking 24 hours to respond to any changes or updates, no matter how quickly you respond.

I ordered something. Was wrong item. Sent back with label they sent. They deduct shipping out of my refund. Package was not heavy but was almost $20.00 to return. No free return shipment but my refund was refunded fairly quickly.

Received as promised. It is very clean and modern looking. That being said very thin and fragile. It arrived with one main shelf cracked, choose to tape with clear tape and use. Didn't want to re-box and return and wait for new one. Felt that the next one could arrived cracked as well. In Hine site I would have spent more money to buy a stronger product.

the TV is not at the same angle as the floor plate. The tubes are skewed as they go up. Its usable, but considering how expensive this thing was, its a disappointment. Also too big and heavy to send back, although I would if it were easier.

I love the display but I am disappointed I can’t adjust the shelves to the height I would like, even though in the description it says adjustable shelves. For that reason, I am giving 3 stars as it is really expensive. Also, the lights are exposed and not covered on top. Kind of disappointed.

I really like the appearance of the dividers the only issues I have had is they don't want to stay in the metal piece at the top so we had to tape them in and then once you pop the side pieces off to get the plastic in the holder they don't stay so liquid nails is wonderful for that.

I loved the look and feel of the table however after putting it together properly and raising it to the full height it got stuck and would not go down. I tried everything and finally had to look up youtube videos to take it completely apart. When I put it back together again it took a moment to get it all to fit together properly. After it was together my friend and I discovered that when I sit on it I can make the gas adjustment work and go down again. I called customer service and they were very helpful and said they could potentially send me a new table or part. I had a follow up call but nothing since that day. So this review is to be helpful to others who may want this table. It may break later I don't know. If I have more issues I will call back.

My first order had some damage. I reported it and customer service quickly worked with me to resolve my issues. My second order had 5 of the digital display units and a travel case. Four of the packages had severe damage to them upon arrival. After inspection everything seems to be ok other than the travel case which is dented up and the locks are broke. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no response. The shipping department needs to work on their packaging or they need to use a different logistics company.

It was kind of hard to put together the holes weren't dripped entirely right to be able to screw them together. The screws were very poor and kind of bent. Overall it's a sturdy shelf and decent size for a table display

I ordered a banner stand. I was desiring a product to insert my own banner in, unfortunately what I received did not meet that need. It was a black banner that I had to velcro my banner too. It works okay. Very difficult to find a sturdy banner stand with clips to insert your own banner.

My reason for less than a 5-star rating pertains mainly to your shipping costs. I feel that you have a wide variety of quality products but shipping costs are very high. Shipping on a recent order was practically as much as the product cost. As with most businesses, we need to be good stewards of the funds we have available and I don't like spending so much on shipping instead of on products.

Displays to go was good to deal with, overall. They were quick to respond. Shipping is pretty expensive if you order larger items. One of the items I ordered came damaged and they sent a replacement quickly. The quality of the product however, wasn't worth what I paid for it and that was disappointing. But dealing with the company was fine. They were very professional, helpful and responded quickly.
