My first order had some damage. I reported it and customer service quickly worked with me to resolve my issues. My second order had 5 of the digital display units and a travel case. Four of the packages had severe damage to them upon arrival. After inspection everything seems to be ok other than the travel case which is dented up and the locks are broke. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no response. The shipping department needs to work on their packaging or they need to use a different logistics company.
