When my spinner card rack arrived, I found the directions to be almost non existent. It showed pictures, but no instructions about the 2 poles and which end was up or down...which one was the male end, which side fit into the base. The hole in the pole was drilled on the top pole, and it should have been drilled on the bottom pole...we figured this out after I received a replacement because the poles would not fit the washer or the base. When we flipped the poles around, and drilled a new hole in the (new) "bottom" pole, the pole fit into the base. So, each of the pole ends need to be labeled so the recipient knows which end fits the base. All that said, I do like my new card rack.

The product was exactly as expected and delivery was on time. My problem is with the instruction sheet. There is NO WAY to make out what is in the pictures. I am a crafter and my husband is a mechanic. Between the two of us, we were able to figure out how it went together. Such a small thing to fix. I read the same complaint on a previous review. I would think it would have been fixed. Other that this small, but extremely important issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Unit is as shown, but very flimsy. Moving it is asking for trouble as the backpanel will probably come apart.

I ordered silver poster picture frames with a brushed aluminum finish. The finish was just as I expected, but each frame had quality problems with the plastic lens that covers the poster. There was scratches on each lens and one of the plastic lens were too large for the frame and wouldn't fit flush into the frame (I trimmed off a small corner with snips to solve that problem). I kept the frames because I loved the finish and didn't want to continue shopping or deal with a return (and the room where I'm hanging my prints is not as well lit so the scratches on the lens won't be obvious).

The box got smashed in shipping and the fabric panels got ripped out of half of the frames. It was very hard to get back in and some of the panels are permanently bent. But, other than that it a very lightweight and useful product - just needs more protection during shipping.

Got the larger display cover, the shipping box arrived in good condition, some small tears on the seams. The cover overall was unmarked, except for the end panel where it looks like it was not buffed, polished out like the other sides.

Recently purchased a deeply discounted bakers rack from displays2go. While the shipping was rather fast, the rack was not packed properly with enough cushioning leading to 2 shelves arriving dented. Needless to say I was disappointed but kept the rack anyway because of the discounted price. I thought I could just display something on the dented areas so they wouldn't be so noticeable.

Purchased this online and got a speedy delivery. The product was not as pictured. The telescoping piece was like a periscope in a submarine being very thick which we found to be a distraction if hung in the kitchen over the island. The photo of it showed it to be a thinner mount. It was returned.

I placed an order for a sign holder with a brushed aluminum base but the order was cancelled because those won't be available again for 6 weeks. Pretty disappointing because they would work well in our hospital. I've been online with Amazon, eBay, and several others sites and no one has anything as nice as these seemed to be. I do appreciate that I was updated on the status so I wasn't looking for the delivery. Your site is very nice and easy to navigate. Just wish you had these available!

I really like the pricing and quality of the products. Shipping usually happens fairly quickly. One downside I find which makes me think twice before ordering though is the broken case fee. My shipping comes to $12.00 on an order, but then they want to tack another $12.00 broken case fee because I don't need 100 pieces of an item ( or other similar situation) ? Between shipping and broken case fees it came to almost 35% of my ordered items. This will cause me to look elsewhere if I can find comparable products without the excessive fees. Take away the broken case fees, and I would give a five star rating.

The stand arrived packed so poorly I couldn't believe it. One strip of tape on an oversized box, with the stand inside, in two other boxes bouncing around. Box was split open and not good. The stand itself had the wrong fasteners and I had to get my own to assemble it. Scratches here and there. All metal and fairly stable. Wouldn't buy it again and would not recommend this stand to anyone.

The plastic lids come off too easily, should be a screw top, and the slot is too small to easily accept dollar bills.

Due to weather delays, both with carriers and myself, i needed to have my package held for later pick up at my local FedEx office location. FedEx was not able to make the redirect, as there were specific instructions that only the shipper could make the change. I contacted Displays2go via their email feature for help rerouting my package- i wasn't sure if it was too late to have it delivered to my home, so i asked if it couldn't be changed to home delivery, then to have it sent to FedEx. (NAME) informed me there was nothing that could be done and i should contact FedEx. I advised him i had done that and they said to contact D2G. Finally, i was told i could have my package held, but i had to call and give my credit card number because there would be a charge. As i travel for work and am not always in my office, i often have my packages held, so i advised him that i did not believe this was the case and furthermore, i was disappointed that i was initially told nothing could be done, then told the next day i had to pay extra. I was ready to just let them attempt delivery and return the package because (NAME) was so incredibly unhelpful and unconcerned with making sure my first purchase with D2G was a good experience. I called to speak with someone about how much it would cost to have the package routed for holding as the thought of paying D2G 20% restocking made my blood boil after such a terrible email exchange. I explained what was going on and (NAME) was wonderful. She assured me that there was no charge and had the package immediately routed to my nearest facility. Her friendly nature, concern for my satisfaction and speedy service is the ONLY reason i am willing to give D2G a second chance to fulfill my display and marketing needs. I strongly advise that you call for assistance should you require it- I am unconvinced the person responding had even basic knowledge of how FedEx shipping works, much less any vested interest in retaining me as a customer.

I usually use standard stand-offs to mount pictures on plexi-glass for one of my largest customers. This particular install I need to mount the pictures directly to the wall but still have the decorative stand off "finish" look. After searching online I found exactly what I needed from Displays2go. Ordering was easy, price was ok and shipping was fast. The problem occurred when I got them. The sets come with the cap, anchor and screw. Out of the 80 that I bought 65 of the anchors were too big for the screws that came with the set. I ended up having to use my own screws and wall anchors which was disappointing considering that you pay for their screws and anchors in the set. Overall they look great installed but again I was very disappointed that the hardware that came in the set wouldn't work.

2/10: We ordered three signs, none of which arrived with a complete set of parts. We had paid for expedited shipping for this order, and the parts arrived 9 business days later after the incident was reported. I inquired several times about getting some type of credit for the shipping but that question was never addressed. 2/11: After this review was posted, the shipping credit was addressed.

The item we ordered (ballot box with lock) was poor quality. There were a couple of broken parts and once the unit was assembled, it is flimsy. Because we were under deadline to use this, we kept it. But I am doubtful I will use this company again. It was not worth the price we paid for it.

Our product arrived with assembly instructions that did not indicate how to attach the sign holder to the base. The illustration shows the sign holder already attached, which it is not. Extremely confusing. Will need to call the company to have them explain the assembly.

I ordered a display case for a 3x5 flag. I did not check the dimensions of the case before ordering it because I knew my flag was 3x5. The case is more than 2" wider than the folded flag. When I spoke to a representative, she told me that I must be folding the flag wrong and said sometimes customers say their flag is too big for their cases. The representative reduced the restocking fee from 20% to 5%, but in the end I was out shipping, return shipping, and the restocking fee for a case that is 2? wider nearly every other case available online for 3x5 flags. I can?t say that the display I bought was misrepresented because the dimensions are listed on the product details page, but I view this as the equivalent of an 8.5x11 picture frame being marketed as fitting a picture that?s 8x10.
