Nice product. I ordered 2 and one came with a broken hinge. Hinges are low quality plastic so they will break easily. I will have to try to replace the one broken hinge.

The shipping rates are outrageous. One of the sign holders I ordered arrived broken. I emailed to let them know,. It has been 3 business days & I have yet to receive a response. Other than that, everything arrived promptly.

The shipping container was ripped at the taped side seams; product was slightly outside of its cardboard container when I found it on my doorstep. One of the two identical products I bought is not in pristine conditon. It?s dented.

The product was shipped in a very timely manner and appears to function well. The ordering of the item was a bit frustrating. There did not appear to be any instructions on how to make enter our tax exempt information before purchase and we received two invoices with different sales tax totals. The process to have the sales tax returned is ongoing (3 weeks after ordering device) and while the customer service reps have been friendly, the response time is also frustrating. Lastly the item we ordered mentioned the option to expand the external memory but no instructions on how to do so. When reaching out by email and by chat, I still have yet to be provided with instructions. Again product was exactly what we ordered and the customer service reps were kind, but response time is very slow.

Board has amazing functionality, however I do need to say that my order did not come with screws or placeholder insertions like they advertise. My board was chipped and had a piece of wood missing that was obviously overlooked during manufacturing. Overall great product, terrible execution of supply chain.

The display case is beautiful, however the bottom corner was damaged when it was delivered. We are able to cover it with electrical tape, but for how much the case was it should not of had a chipped corner. There are also some scratches in the glass, but fortunately they are in the back. Upon arrival, they have you sign off that it isn?t damaged, but it?s wrapped so tightly and physically strapped and nailed to a shipping pallet that while doing my once over I couldn?t see the damage until after it was fully unwrapped. Our damage was behind the boards holding it to the pallet. I recommend not signing off until you have it completely exposed the entire case, which will take some time and make the driver wait. It was very dirty when it arrived, but nothing some windex couldn?t fix. The lights work great and illuminate everything very nicely. Overall, the display case is very nice, I just wish I caught the damaged corner and back scratches.

I love it, and intend to keep it. I can't accuse you of false advertising because the description was clear that it accepted umbrella poles up to 1" diameter. I should have done my homework. As of today, I have not found an umbrella with a pole less than 1-1/2". I've decided to purchase an umbrella of my choice, with no consideration of diameter of the pole. Then I will increase the size of the hole in the base with a grinder or sander. It's made of good sturdy plastic and should be able to withstand the pressure of a grinder. If not, I tried. And the price was very reasonable so I will not ask for a refund if it cracks or breaks!

The directions to put this stand together are an absolute joke. Took us three tries before we finally figured it out. But even after getting the thing together we used half a roll of packing tape to get all the pieces to hold together. Then we needed to add a piece of cardboard on the bottom to help with stability. Will never get this product again.

The black pine flag case with glass front is affordable and of good quality. It arrived well-packaged. My only issue is with the hook for hanging. Instead of the sawtooth hanger affixed horizontally across the top point of the case (as depicted on your website), there were two sawtooth hangers, each affixed diagonally along either side of the point. This makes no sense! I had to remove these two hooks and replace them with a larger sawtooth hook, affixed horizontally. Now I am able to hang my flag case, as it was shown.

Setting the displays up took about 2 hours when they should've only taken 30 minutes. I mean they look great don't get me wrong but the directions should probably be revised with actual words not pictures. It was difficult to understand. Some of the metal was bent so we had to hammer it in place. Other than all that, I am somewhat satisfied with my order. 6/10. Would maybe recommend.

The frame and screen are great, but the user manual is so brief, it seems like alot of things are missing. I'm still learning how to use it. It also seems to be on a different calendar and clock then I have entered. It shows on the calendar when on screen, but it shows up differently at the top right corner of the settings screen. Thanks.

This is my third time ordering from you and the first time it is not a 5 star review. My podium go hit in shipping and has a chip in it at the top, but we are going to wrap it so we will just fill the chip and wrap over it.

I love the cart; very functional. However, there were pieces that were broken and a panel that would not fit into its slot. I put it together anyway, and I use it everyday.

Over all the display model is good but the pipe that holds it together was way to loose. We had to wrap tape on each end to make it hold up right

The donation box was an attention getter, the lock was more secure than others we?ve seen, and it was a good price. But, it was so lightweight that the back acted like a sail and it blew off a table onto the grass (on a day that wasn?t really windy) and broke within the first 20 minutes of use. For this reason I would remove the back when using it outdoors and would place something inside to make it weigh more.

Just a recommendation for shipping...frame came with some minor scratches on plastic. Recommend putting a small plastic layer than can be peeled off. Other than that it?s great. Didn?t seem as sturdy as I wanted, so I had to secure back with duck tape. Great after minor adjustments.

Ordered a cart on 4/7/2020, made an inquiry on 4/17/2020 because my order stated "in processing" after ten days. I was told it was out of stock and expected to ship on 4/23/2020, even though when I ordered it the website stated it was in stock, ready for delivery. The only remedy given was to cancel my order. This would not solve the issue but create a second one, where to go from here? I understand this is a bad time, but inventory doesn't get coronavirus. Don't say you have it when you do not. I understand if it was delayed because...xzy, but not in stock when you said it was at the time I bought it? Update: Ironically, following this review, the item shipped. Within one hour I received notice of status change in my order. I am very impressed with the cart. Good quality, meets my needs exactly as expected. I raised the score to three from one for the product. Had there been truth in the original transaction, or at least communication instead of denial or excuses this would have been a favorable review. You sell quality products, do it better. Please.

The product is great and is a good price. However, i paid 14$ for shipping (which i never do) and waited over a week for it to arrive. It was a birthday present and didnt make it in time.

I think that the product itself is really nice. It is convenient to be able to clearly see all the business cards and it holds a lot of them. My area of displeasure is that it arrived poorly wrapped inside a box and thus had chipped corner. I let them know just so they could maybe reconsider the packaging. They offered to send a replacement but I haven't seen it yet.
