I cannot speak to the quality of all the products Displays2go sell, but I purchased a banner stand that I wish I could return due to its poor design and low quality ? it just doesn't work. If for not the return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee, I would return it. I'd rather spend that money elsewhere on something useable. If Displays2go are willing to sell a subpar product, then I'm not interested in doing business with them again.

I ordered 24 x 36 poster frames with thin cardboard backer and plastic extrusions. The plastic that has to be peeled off is very difficult to peel. The plastic pieces around the frame are also difficult to work with.

The literature stand I wanted to order was out of stock, so I asked to be emailed once it was back in stock...I checked daily and found it to be back in stock, then 2-3 days later I was emailed, after I had already ordered it. It shipped very quickly, but arrived with a small dent at the bottom of the stand and some of the finish rubbed off on the top. Because they would both be fairly covered, I did not send it back.

jUST OPENNED THE BOX WHICH LOOKED FINE FROM THE OUTSIDE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE TOP HINGE HAS BEEN INSTALLED BROKEN AND THE NEXT HINGE HAS BEEN STRIPPED OF ALL 3 SCREWS. WE HAVE PUT LARGER SCREWS IN AND WILL RPLACE THE DAMAGED HINE.

I spent $650 CAD on a raffle drum. When it arrived, there was an important piece missing. I emailed the customer service department, but still haven't heard back from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes on October 2 and I have not heard anything about them and I still have not got them. You would think you would keep your customer involved by telling them more updates on your product and when they will be delivered

All product came with boxes partially opened. One floor stand had broken parts. I missed my deadline for delivery of product for a trade show.

For the cost of the shipping of ANYTHING from this company, you would think they would actually seek out companies that care about their product when they are shipping it. We order a LOT and a LOT of it comes damaged in some way. Overall value for the product is good, just doesn't always get here right. The shipping costs are often more than the cost of the products.

I selected this display case based on several factors one of which was how it closed. Well, after putting my daddy's funeral flag in the case, alas, it won't stay closed so now I don't have the option to display at all. ?

I ordered standing displays and the parts don't fit together the screw doesn't work at all so I'm going to have to replace it with something else because it's too much to return . Directions were easy but parts don't work.

Overall the product was exceptional, although I paid for 3 day shipping and it didn't arrive when they stated it would. When I called Displays to go, the rep assured me that I would get it by the end of the business day on the day I called. I didn't receive it till noon the next day. This was 6 days after the product shipped. Make sure you order your product early if you need it by a specific date.

a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping seems extreme. Other companies are much more customer friendly and accommodate products that don't work.

I loved the look of it and it seemed of good quality, but the top part was only held on by VERY short wood screws..and that would maybe be ok if it was screwing into real wood, but it was only a thin veneer of wood over a fiber composite material. The screws wouldn't tighten down at all and would fall out. Our church handyman has a couple ideas of how to MacGyver it. Rework the way the top is fastened and you'd have 5 stars.

I tried to order a custom table runner and ended up having to cancel the order because they were wanting to print on a vinyl and affix to the runner. Fine - if you want to go the cheap route, it just wasn't what I needed and wasn't clear from the description. Ended up ordering some other things that came quickly, as described.

I did not realize the large multi pocket display rack was all individual pockets that had to be mounted.
