The tablecloth itself is nice material, with a decent grade of heat transfer on it, but it arrived pretty dirty. The box it was shipped in was very flimsy and had several holes and tears in it by the time it got here. The cloth itself wasn't wrapped or sealed in plastic, so from all the dirt and dust in the back of the FEDEX truck, the cloth got pretty dirty. I'm hoping it will wash out, but I wasn't expecting to have to wash it before I even got to use it.

I ordered some screw caps. They were priced very reasonable which I liked. There were some that had small nicks and a few with tarnish spots. I ordered a few more than I needed, so got through my order with enough acceptable ones and will just chalk up the sub-standard ones as a cost of chasing a lower price. Shipping service was prompt and pricing was okay. I would do business again with this company.

The sign delivered was missing some of the hardware needed to put it together. We made it work but would have been much easier experience if all the parts were there

The mount came dusty, and with a clean rag was easily cleanable. Without a paper template, and no drywall brackets, it took 2 hours, lots of measuring, and a hardware store visit. Being off by 1/2" made the rework frustrating. A nice unit but tricky to install.

I was looking for a frame for an 8" x 11" magazine. Frames abound for 8.5" x 11" OR 8" x 10" items however 8" x 11" frames are near impossible to find. Displays2go was able to supply me with a matted frame to these dimensions but I had to purchase a minimum of 6 and shipping cost more than half the cost of the items. In the end, I was able to get the frame I needed but considering I only needed one, $120 was a bit steep. Also, when they arrived, the label actually says the dimensions are 8.5" x 11". Happily the label is WRONG and the dimensions are more like 8" x 10.75"

I have used the booth 2 times. the 1st time was good as all was new. the last time one of the wheels fell off the booth making transport impossible without a hand truck, the carpet is separating from the lament plastic. but I feel I got what I paid for. For the price I expected 4 to 6 shows before I needed another booth, it looks like that is where I'm going.

I am the primary designer of promotional displays for a college, and as such, I order a lot of displays. I've done business with Displays2go occasionally for about 8 years now. Their product is decent, with a few shortcomings, but if these shortcomings and the price balance out for you, I do recommend placing an order. The printing on the pull-up banner stands is good quality. The hardware itself has gotten cheaper over the years, to the point where the tent-pole-type support is not hard to bend and ruin if you're not very careful (which can be tough when a variety of employees check out and use these displays, and not everyone is practiced or patient with the quirks). We also recently had one banner's retracting system fail, damaging the banner in the process. That one had lasted us about 5 years and we needed to change the printout anyway, so it was not the end of the world. However, if you are looking for a very long-lasting display, for your investment this product may not be the best choice. The biggest annoyance is with their email and uploading system once your order is placed. It feels very mid-2000s and not user friendly, far behind the type of site the other companies we work with are offering. As a graphic designer I understand what they are asking for in this long, unorganized email, but I think that for someone less immersed in this field, it is overly complicated and probably confusing. There would definitely be better ways to handle the ordering and uploading process.

The product is exactly what we needed, the website was user friendly, and delivery was prompt. Just a couple of suggestions - The assembly instructions were unclear and could use some improvement. Also, I believe a bit more concern should be placed on securing the screw package, as two out of the three items purchased had the screw packages open and the contents spilled inside the box.

I was very excited about the ease with which I could put posters in the frames. I haven't tried to hang any yet and I have only popped open 2 of them but I was unimpressed with the quality control. One of my frames does not line up whenn you close it so you have to manipulate it to get both sides down and then the corner of the frames do not touch. There is a large gap at the corner.

FMBWL3COAM Dayschool coat locker with cubbie Painless purchase, shipping was fast. Heavy product, some package damage. The kids cubbie had some minor nicks, but to be expected with laminated particle board. The assembly instructions however were horrible and even wrong. Printed version included was poor copy the pdf online was color photos but too small to show holes and orientation detail. The nature of the product meant there were pieces that could have gone in different places with different orientation and there was no way to know without loosely assembling and then reassembling. a simple one letter sticker one the pieces with a orientation note on the diagram would have saved a lot of frustration. (Note I have built many of these types of products and this was the worst- I have even built my own airplane- so I am very handy) There was no information about using the inserts for cam lock studs, and you really needed something besides a phillips screwdriver to hammer them into the holes, once you figured out where they went. And putting on the kickboard last is a really dumb idea and nearly impossible without loosening up the base and risking missalignment of the back boards. An I would have instructed to fasten the coat hooks to boards before assembling- much much much easier. Displays2go offered to pull a unit and have staff assemble it to provide me assistance. Fantastic except it would mean I would have to wait a day to get answers. The parts were all over the floor- who wants to wait. But PLEASE- you try to make sense out of those instructions. Looked good when finished. Extra hardware left over.

I bought 6 easels to show photographs for an event. The easels ha an elegant design and we're not expensive. Unfortunately they were not made to a consistent standard. To assemble required fitting a bolt that contained the thread for a screw precisely into a hole. That was difficult for most, but impossible for one. I had to display only 5 photos, and now I have to find a way to return the defective easel. Inconvenient and annoying. Not happy.

Shipment was on time, but, there were 8 frames that were broken even though the boxes they were in had no damage.

My business has been using displays2go for years and love the products and ease of ordering. We do have major issues when an item goes on back-order and need displays2go to be able to grow with us as our order quantities go up. Otherwise, we are happy customers.

I recently ordered the 20" Portable Podium with Knockdown Design, 46.75" tall - Black. I received the product quickly and it seems to be in working order. I was satisfied with the product, but the carrying bag leaves much to be desired. It is one open pocket for all of the pieces. Using the bag in this manner I'm sure would result on all kinds of scrapes and damage to the podium parts and quickly render the podium unusable due to its appearance. I created a card-board insert into the supplied bag which holds the pieces separately and protects them from each other. I would be happy to supply pictures of my creation which is basically the size of a 28" TV box inserted into the supplied bag and then some other cardboard taped to the inside and outside to create all 4 compartments. If a solution to the carrying case were resolved, I'd give it 5 stars. As it is, with the likelihood of the pieces being easily marred in storage and transport, I had to go with 3 stars.

I ordered a flat screen mounting bracket which purported to rotate 360 degrees and to accommodate screens up to 70". The mounting brackets which affixed to the back of the screen were only minimally adjustable and, once installed, placed the rotational hub off center from top to bottom so when the screen is turned 90 degrees it is weighted to one side of center and will not stay oriented as desired. There is a so called "locking" mechanism consisting of a spring loaded button which will not hold the screen in any position. I will be returning my purchase.

I wish I had know the delivery would be delayed. I assumed it would come in a few days not a few weeks.

The cart purchased is solid and well made. However, the assembly instructions are pictures only without text and the pictures are small. The hardware to assemble (screws, buts, and bolts) are low quality. I had to purchase my own hardware.

We like the design but the holder is to shallow at 2 inches. It should be 4 inches deep. Both display stands are cleaned out in one day at the market.
