“I ordered standing displays and the parts don't fit together the screw doesn't work at all so I'm going to have to replace it with something else because it's too much to return . Directions were easy but parts don't work.”

“Overall the product was exceptional, although I paid for 3 day shipping and it didn't arrive when they stated it would. When I called Displays to go, the rep assured me that I would get it by the end of the business day on the day I called. I didn't receive it till noon the next day. This was 6 days after the product shipped. Make sure you order your product early if you need it by a specific date.”

“a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping seems extreme. Other companies are much more customer friendly and accommodate products that don't work.”

“I loved the look of it and it seemed of good quality, but the top part was only held on by VERY short wood screws..and that would maybe be ok if it was screwing into real wood, but it was only a thin veneer of wood over a fiber composite material. The screws wouldn't tighten down at all and would fall out. Our church handyman has a couple ideas of how to MacGyver it. Rework the way the top is fastened and you'd have 5 stars.”

“I tried to order a custom table runner and ended up having to cancel the order because they were wanting to print on a vinyl and affix to the runner. Fine - if you want to go the cheap route, it just wasn't what I needed and wasn't clear from the description. Ended up ordering some other things that came quickly, as described.”

“Hello. I read your artwork requirements and they were out dated. For instance you say you put a white box around the logo but you actually do not do that anymore. I am a graphic designer and I had to change my design based off your requirements. I also don't think it's fair to charge for artwork resubmission after 2 tries.”

“This suggestion box is nice, but wall-mount installation wasn't great due to poor design. The hoIes on the wall-mount used to hang on two screws are in a vertical line and protrude, so that the box wobbles from side-to-side when hung. I had to improve on the design to make it work: I had to bevel the screw hooks on the wall-mount so that they were flush. This box is not recommended unless you're willing to spend at least 1 hour extra labor, or you can be satisfied with a wobbly box on the wall.”

“So far, the dealings with Display2Go have been good (except for the 3rd party shipment company that shipped well past their expected and scheduled time frame of 3 hours as well as requesting a lift-gate when it was not needed). I'm expecting my refund on the shipments soon, so I'll hold it my 2 stars for now.”

“The case was a little lighter in weight than I thought it would be. As a result, during our shipping to a west coast conference, the case was damaged in such a way that we cannot use it. I believe that we will have to purchase a pelican case.”

“This heater is so small if I tryed I could hold it in one hand When I ordered it I pictured a original Amish fireplace but it's not looks like a small heater for maybe a child's play house I don't see how it could possiable heat a room in a home”

“I ordered three different items (glass diaplat case, take out counter and cashier counter), 4 boxes came which to this day we are still trying to figure out how to assemble. After laying them all out, it turns out some of the parts of one item was placed in another box. Then, we realized, the glass case was not even delivered yet. There was no word whatsoever when I received the delivery that it was partial or if I was still receiving another delivery. I tried tracking the shipment which says all my orders have shipped and delivered. I am hoping they can enlighten me with this exasperating situation. Otherwise, don't even think of getting their items as it is also of weak quality.”

“The signs were for our radio station in the building. When the speaker is on the air we open the Display, if they get closed all the way they are hard to open.”

“look, i knew the pricing was low compared to other options..so i didn't expect much..such as being mdf or particle board..but i did not expect that as we unpacked this item and proceeded to build it, that it would have so many dings, scratches and pieces of the covering/coating chipped off. With it being white, i needed it to be stark clean..it isn't.. also, when i placed the order, i called in and was told that it would ship out the next day (wed) if not the same day(tues)..due to a holiday coming up..if not it would ship on friday the latest..come to find out the following week ..it still hadn't shipped..I called the company and was told they would expedite the delivery at no additional fee..not sure if i would order from this company again.”
