Customer service was good but I am upset by the fact that I was shipped a previously opened "carrel" that was sealed WITHOUT any hardware. They then shipped another package of hardware. Unfortunately, the replacement package does NOT contain wooden dowels (also missing in the previously opened item). I purchased one at the local Lowes Hardware and had to cut it to size. I find it disappointing that this suggests very little quality review for returned products that are re-sold.

I ordered 3 of the chalk board type A frame signs and one came damaged. Need to have it replaced .

Nice Pedestal, disaterous shipping. The 30" pedestal I ordered is nice, well designed and well made but the shipping was a disaster. The carton was too big for the pedestal so the parts rattled around in the box, the bubble wrap was loose and not taped or secured in any way so the parts of the pedestal came tumbling out of the box when I opened it. Luckily nothing was damaged but I was shocked at the lack of care taken.

My only complaint with my order was that despite providing clear, detailed shipping instructions indicating it should be addressed to "ATTN: Hold for Jane Smith, Guest", my banners were delivered to the hotel to the attention of simply "guest". It doesn't take an advanced degree to see the problems with this as most hotels have hundreds, if not thousands of "guests". I contacted the Displays2go rep immediately who assured me he would resolve this issue with FedEx and later sent me an email to confirm he did that. So Jane Smith arrives at the hotel and nothing is noted on her reservation about any packages being held for her. These banners were for a convention happening the next day. The hotel receives a large number of shipments for these events. It turned into a time-consuming and stressful hunt for the banners all because whomever entered the shipping information took it upon themselves to change the details provided. By the way, FedEx never corrected the labels. Once they were found, they were still labeled "Attn: Guest". This was an avoidable error and a major inconvenience. Additionally it makes us look less than professional to our client, Jane Smith.

The one rack we ordered does not assemble correctly, holes drilled do not line up where they should go so the screws won't go in, have yet to get it put together and it's been a week now.

Display racks received had instruction sheets that did not match the parts provided; customer service did help and provided updated instructions. The rack design had changed that eliminated the sign holding feature, which was disappointing. Bottom Line: Instructions packed with unit should match the parts provided and the unit shown in the product adds.

I ordered a large (80" tall) glass display case, for delivery to my residence and set-up in place. The company asked about driveway, stairs, tight corners, etc., which I appreciated and can certainly understand. There are some challenges at my home, but nothing insurmountable except, apparently, my doorway. It is wide enough, but the dealbreaker was the height: only 79" high, whereas the crate the display case would be shipped in is 90" high. The company indicated that the cabinet is too fragile to tilt, and since I was not interested in a smaller, less-attractive, and/or unassembled alternative, I canceled the order. I find it impossible to believe that such a piece of furniture will never be tilted whatsoever from the time it rolls off the assembly line until it is in place in a home or business, so it seems rather odd to insist on it. As I thought about it after having ordered a similar item from another retailer (for which delivery is still pending...), I would think they could have uncrated it on the porch (at which point it would have been 80" high), and then been able to tilt it the tiny bit needed to get it through my 79" doorway and carry it (or put it on a dolly and roll it) the 25 feet to its final location. I agree that the item is fragile, but fragile items do get moved under conditions such as these, and with the proper care, I don't see why it couldn't have been accomplished satisfactorily.

I placed an order for 24 units. 7 units were defective. Design is excellent but material and assembly is less than acceptable. There was an above average response from customer service with no questions asked. However, 7 defective units out of 24 is unacceptable. My organization and I have been loyal customers for nearly 6 years. Quality products will retain that loyalty-do not chase this type of relationship away with inferior products.

Order and shipping went through smoothly enough, but the product wasn't quite as described. You have to unscrew four screws to change orientation and the a number of the tablet features (volume controls, earphone jack) are completely inaccessible with the case on. Also, the locks that were included with the case are openable by a default/blank tubular key so they're pretty useless.

Really great customer service and fast shipping! The products I ordered need some revisions in their manufacturing. I ordered cases in two styles and was not satisfied with the construction for the price of the items. I can still use them and they look okay in our show room, but holes were not drilled correctly and parts didn't fit in the correct places. My husband and I had to make revisions to the design on our own to make the cases usable.

It was hard looking for a company that sells racks to hang my artwork for shows however the racks were not that durable and the cost was to much for something that is not the best quality. But time for delivery was acceptable and I received everything I ordered.

I ordered 5 wired display panels with footings. 1 panel came bent and 1 of the footing's bolts was soldered so I was unable to unscrew it to attach the panel. The product overall in flimsy and cheaply made. I gave it a 3 because the description of the display panels are accurate but I wouldn't not purchase again.

My order came quickly and was reasonably priced but the wrong color was shipped to me. So when I contacted customer service I received excellent care and immediate attention about my issue. The next day I received an email from customer service letting me know that the order could not ship since the remaining stock was all maked with the wrong color. I asked when a restock would happen and I was told 3 months. I was very disappointed to not to be able to have my order filled since I needed the items within the week. I am currently waiting to receive my refund. Your customer service was impressive and I will order from you again.

The display is entirely too heavy for the packaging. I haven't removed it from the cartons yet, but there are parts of the base sticking out from the box on all corners and it looks like they're all scuffed up. Id' blame it on the shipper, but it is clearly apparent that the cardboard packaging was just not able to contain the heavy stand when shipped across the country

I ordered 10 door nameplates, but only received 9. Also, there was no packing slip. I was worried that I would have trouble convincing you that the order was 1 short. However, you trusted me and sent another nameplate. I was nervous, but it had a happy ending. Thank you for trusting me.

FedEx delivered to the incorrect address They took care of shipping a replacement - took a week to fix, and multiple phone calls. Should have taken one! Still not have the item!
