“I am a little disappointed in the Carpet Squares I purchased online. When I was look at many websites and decided to order them from Displays2go I chose them for the edge squares being a pure edge/corner squares. As I looked at all the pictures online the edge on the bottom look attached and that the edges of the 10x20 edge piece could only be used as the edge. We plan on using these carpets for many busy shows and now I have to keep an eye on tripping hazards. I am pleased with the look of the fabric squares. But I will not be ordering more if they edges are not only edge squares.”

“The stands were not easy to navigate and until their arrival, the specs given online were not as exact as needed. Overall the product will work fine through some modifications.”

“Although measurements are provided, actual size when assembled is smaller than expected. Items are pricey in comparison to the quality. However, they are pretty good looking and will work well for their intended purposes.”

“Shipping is very expensive, they have nice looking products and show low prices but they nail you on shipping. $155 Shipping fee on a $390 item.”

“Very quick in shipping and receiving our order. Give that part of the process five stars. Had to have two of the shelves cut shorter by a professional glass cutter because they did not fit into the slots. Overall though, it is the perfect case to display our miniature characters.”

“Product was nice. Instructions were beyond horrible. Not only was it a very difficult to read photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, there were no written word instructions...only pictures.”

“I purchased a large display case for my home and upon delivery the courier that was selected by Displays2go did not schedule an appointment prior to delivery and they also only sent one guy to unload the case and left it in front of my house. I payed for special service to have it placed inside my residence but the courier told me that they are not insured for that type of delivery. So I had to take it upon myself to hire two movers to get the case in my home. After placing it I noticed that the top of the unit was damaged in transit by the straps that were wrapped around it as well as the power cable being almost severed. I'm waiting for Displays2go to decide if they are sending out a new case.”

“The shelving and bins purchased were for a store I am working with. One of the 6 bins was not put together well and the nails used were totally pulled out on one end. The store was able to fix it with some work. Shelving unit itself had one cross bar that was not in great shape . It was difficult to get the screws in using the allen wrench. Looks nice set up but not great quality. Would have been willing to pay more for better quality product”

“The purchasing went well but there was an issue with the tracking and delivery. I could not use the tracking option on the email I received so I didn't know where the package was and when it finally arrived in Boise they were supposed to call me for delivery and they never did.”

“I use this for my spirits company to do tastings. The product I received was defective. I sent an email immediately, the same day in fact. It was not respond to in a timely manner, and a replacement was not sent out in time for work events. I'm still waiting on the replacement part to arrive.”

“We had some damage to my lectern and I contacted Displays2go and spoke with a customer service representative. She asked me to send an email and I did TWICE with pictures and I have heard nothing from your company. I would like to know what is going to be done about the cosmetic damage to the unit I ordered.”

“Ordered an A-frame sign. The sides of the frame are kept in place with little rectangular pieces of metal that cause tension and keep the frame sides closed. These were not in place when the product arrived and were very difficult to put in. Now the frame sides do not meet up properly on the corners. Hoping this product lasts. UPDATE: Wonderful customer service from Displays2go! I figured I would just have to make due with the sign in the condition it was in, but they have offered to replace it for me...couldn't ask for more!”

“Ordering & shipping were easy and efficient. Packaging of the items was terrible. The amount of tape utilized to open the boxes made it difficult. Instead of providing a bag with screws and other parts the parts were all screwed into the necessary areas. This required the parts to be removed from the area before assembly. Some screws were 2.5 inches long which was time consuming to extract. The other four screws were held on with washers and nuts were so small that many times would fall loose themselves and be lost in the box. This cause much frustration and missing parts. The brochure holds ordered to compliment the sign holders did not come with any assembly instructions--yes relatively easy to figure out but some type of instruction should be provided. Also, no where did it state that any tools would be necessary for assembly when in fact tools were needed. Packaging of the item leaves a lot to be desired!”

“I received (2) acrylic displays that were perfectly packaged, but one was damaged. This shows that one of these units should have never left the factory. I called to get a replacement and the caller took all the information and claimed that the replacements were in stock and would go out that day. Three days later I called to track the shipment and found the order was never placed. The second call was more thorough and I got the replacement with no damage.”

“I placed an order on Tuesday the 14th and I had one table cloth with a logo one color print. I had not heard anything until I called to follow up the following Monday. The woman I spoke to was kind and apologized for the delay, but they had not processed my order yet. Then I had some email correspondence with changing the logo and then approving the final version for print. I have not received the order yet. It was set to ship on the 27th (which is today) and it should arrive by Friday Dec 1st. I sure do hope the quality is nice for the price I am paying for this. Thank goodness I decided to order these a month and a half before I needed them because it will be 17 days between when I placed the order and when I should receive them.”

“We purchased two of the 5-Tiered Children's Book Display for Floor, Double Sided, Wood - Natural for our new bookstore. The finished product is great but the assembly was not. The directions were not clear and confusing and it took hours for me to assemble the first one on my own. The provided screws were not long enough to get a "bite" through panel "D" on either cart and I had to purchase additional hardware to secure the panel across the fronts of the carts.”
