Ordering & shipping were easy and efficient. Packaging of the items was terrible. The amount of tape utilized to open the boxes made it difficult. Instead of providing a bag with screws and other parts the parts were all screwed into the necessary areas. This required the parts to be removed from the area before assembly. Some screws were 2.5 inches long which was time consuming to extract. The other four screws were held on with washers and nuts were so small that many times would fall loose themselves and be lost in the box. This cause much frustration and missing parts. The brochure holds ordered to compliment the sign holders did not come with any assembly instructions--yes relatively easy to figure out but some type of instruction should be provided. Also, no where did it state that any tools would be necessary for assembly when in fact tools were needed. Packaging of the item leaves a lot to be desired!

I received (2) acrylic displays that were perfectly packaged, but one was damaged. This shows that one of these units should have never left the factory. I called to get a replacement and the caller took all the information and claimed that the replacements were in stock and would go out that day. Three days later I called to track the shipment and found the order was never placed. The second call was more thorough and I got the replacement with no damage.

I placed an order on Tuesday the 14th and I had one table cloth with a logo one color print. I had not heard anything until I called to follow up the following Monday. The woman I spoke to was kind and apologized for the delay, but they had not processed my order yet. Then I had some email correspondence with changing the logo and then approving the final version for print. I have not received the order yet. It was set to ship on the 27th (which is today) and it should arrive by Friday Dec 1st. I sure do hope the quality is nice for the price I am paying for this. Thank goodness I decided to order these a month and a half before I needed them because it will be 17 days between when I placed the order and when I should receive them.

We purchased two of the 5-Tiered Children's Book Display for Floor, Double Sided, Wood - Natural for our new bookstore. The finished product is great but the assembly was not. The directions were not clear and confusing and it took hours for me to assemble the first one on my own. The provided screws were not long enough to get a "bite" through panel "D" on either cart and I had to purchase additional hardware to secure the panel across the fronts of the carts.

The display case is absolutely beautiful and I love it. It?s perfect. BUT ? it?s a 400 lb unit and the best delivery option available on the website is the ?special services? ? which means there is one delivery person and they will deliver the item 2 feet inside your door ? and they don?t uncrate the case or remove the debris. Premium service should have been offered. So I had to find a company that would uncrate and remove debris ? an exercise that took two hours to arrange and cost $250 extra. The delivery aspect of this purchase is why I rated displays2go a 3.

If you are purchasing this drop box for the great accessories, think again. I like the box we bought but the sign holder will not stay on. Fell off the first day. There has to be a better way to make it stick than the double sided tape. With the "C" layout of the holder there is no way to press firmly to make it stick. Also, the pen is a great thought but the design means it sticks straight out from the box. Both are great ideas but they need a designer who actually tests the use of the product they sell.

My packages were delivered to my billing address instead of the shipping address but Thank God I have a van to transport them to the address they were needed.

We received the large assembled display on a broken pallet that was strapped to a non broken pallet. I assume it did not leave the displays2go warehouse in this condition, it was probably broken and haphazardly repaired in transit. The broken pallet caused the unit to lean, by the time we received it there were scratches in one of the doors. I called Displays2Go and they immediately shipped me an entire replacement unit - instead of just the door i needed. Even this was a good thing until they used our address from over a year ago (not the one the order just shipped to) and shipped it to the wrong place. Fast response but overkill in the delivery - 2 weeks now and we still do not have a first class looking display.

Item was broken when it arrived, customer service person was great, handled it immediately, and replaced without issue. I think you could spend a little more on the packaging/shipping... pretty cheap presentation upon arrival.

One poster had a sticker on the plastic on the front and when I pulled it off it tore the screen.

shipped in partial shipments, so received one order with 7 different tracking numbers. One stand still not assembled because of missing parts.

Mostly it was everything they said, however the CDs slide right off the shelves and they need a lip to keep CDs on the shelf. While one can raise the back ones up enough to keep them on top, the bottom shelf comes without a front panel and so there is no way to keep the CDs from falling off the shelf. Otherwise it is a very viable nice looking product, just needs more in the way of functionality!

We received the Hostess station, but it had 2 chips on the edge of a panel. Also all the caster wheels don't lock. Will be notifying Displays2go to see if we can get replacements.

The proofing process is not very smooth and consistent. I wish that they would implement a proofing system like smartpress.com which is a first class experience.

Bracket to hold arm cracked upon installation. Made of cheap pot metal. - updated - Got a very quick response from customer service and sending a replacement unit out at no charge. Will update with further info upon completed installation

The item I purchased came in and was not the same shade as depicted on the website. I contacted them about returning it and I have to pay to ship it back, as well as drive an hour to a site that will ship it to them. Although the company was great about answering my inquiry, and I do not expect them to pay for shipping a return product back, they should offer to have it picked up at your house.

I paid shipping to order and to return. In today's market of online commerce, you might consider being more competitive with these additional costs. I lost over $12 of the original order shipping and had to pay about that much to return items that would not work for our needs. Spending $25 of wasted fees will now prevent me from considering your site in the future, as I can simply buy from Amazon or search harder to located signage items at local retailer (Office Depot, Staples, etc...)
