“I've received all of my products in a timely manner, however the last items I bought needed more descriptive information and did not meet my needs. I have returned these items but still waiting to get a confirmation either via e-mail and through my account.”

“I give it 3 stars becuase it came wiht a small crack on the bottom by the literature holder pocket. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. it has a great look and the shipping was super fast. Its a bit delicate because the bottom is a bit heavier than the top so the acrylic will tend to crack. I am still keeping it because you cant see the small crack. i dont have time to ship it back and wait for anoher. I do love the look!.”

“The shipping process was a nightmare. We were talking to Displays2go and also the shipping company. Both were saying they needed information, we provided it over and over and it just didn't seem like the two of them were communicating themselves.”

“Sorry, but there are some marks and indentations on frame either from packaging or shipping, which distracts from overall appearance. But due to the fact that it is for my father's death and my mom wants to display we are not sending back, but thank you for the assistance.”

“I received my solar flag light was pleased with my purchase UNTIL I found out that it didn't come with the gold bulb that holds the light in place. called the 800 # and the young voice was going to look into this for me and get back to me. WELL she didn't. call #2 another young voice was going to call the distributor and get back to me. WELL SHE didn't! now I'm a unhappy camper to say the least. call#3 I get this lovely lady "JANE" who goes out of her way to find things out for me, even calls me back how about that! well Jane got me the info that I needed the gold ball doesn't come with the light. sending lite back!”

“I thought I liked the card holder, but the gallery where I am displaying my cards said it wouldn't work because the cards tilt forward and you can't really see them unless you push them back. I thought the quality was good and easy to put together, but I am disappointed that I bought it and can't use it.”

“They was the banner stand is attached to the iPad stand is not sturdy. On top of that, the banner must be stuck to the banner holder with double stick tape. Seems to be a breakdown of quality when that happens.”

“The boxes themselves are nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, the metal piece that extends down from the lock is so short that the box can simply be pulled open when in the locked position. We had a similar problem with the plastic boxes we ordered earlier and thought the metal design would fix the problem. We got lucky in that the metal from the plastic boxes was longer than what was supplied on the plastic boxes and we were able to switch them out and fix the problem.”

“Overall, decent experience. For the money we paid for the podium, we thought the material would be better than pressed wood. It looks like something we could have purchased from IKEA. Rep I was working with provided me information to pick up the product instead of waiting for shipping. Never received a response from them regarding cancelling the shipping charges. Don't think Ill order from here again.”

“Pros: The spinner is sturdy; when you spin the wheel the base stays stationary. The whole product is lightweight and portable. Great for community and outdoor events. Love that it comes with a carrying case. Cons: Rather than gluing all the pieces together, the wheel should be able to be easily disassembled. The colored wheel is printed onto the spinner; would be better as an insert that I could remove. The plastic piece that covers the wheel is easily scratched and damaged. There's no way to fit the wheel in the carrying case without having to disassemble the wheel from the post from the base. I also would have been willing to spend more on this product if the case had protected the product inside.”

“I really love the black frame itself and folding mechanism that grants easy front access to the frame. However the plastic sheet that comes with it to "protect" the poster is an opaque cloudy sheet that isn't completely transparent. You can still see the poster of course but it causes the poster to lose clarity and a lot of vibrant color. When you buy a frame, especially at this price, you should be able to have the poster not lose its detail or color. Why is this even a trade off?”

“Bought two shelves for our MB Series TV carts. The shelves itself are fine. Seem sturdy. The experience - not so great. No installation instructions in either box, just the hardware. I called the support number. She told me the shelf goes on the bottom of the bracket on the cart. That made little sense to us, so we rigged up our own system by putting it on top of the bracket. That seems to have worked. You need installation instructions. Don't fool yourself into believing it's "obvious." It's not.”

“I received my order in a very timely manner and my choice of stand turned out to be exactly what I needed for my project although I wasn?t certain of it from the picture and description online. My disappointment is that the packaging was literally nothing but cardboard. No bubble wrap. No support or protection of any kind. So consequently the box was totally open and demolished by the time it arrived to my office. It was in such shambles that the delivery man was apologizing. The pole was bent, but I managed to bend it back into place in order to not have to go through the whole ordeal of packaging and returning the stand.”

“The ad stated display case changes from portrait to landscape. What it did not state is that you have to screw and unscrew in order for this to happen. Mis-leading information. This was the reason I purchased the item. A swivel base works for this office. Not having to unscrew and re-screw for the same effect. VERY DISPLEASED”
