“Other than the art approval email address being blocked due to improper set-up, everything is great; great product, great service, and friendly too! My IT dept says the artproducts at displays2go.com email address was set up wrong, so it fails it's SPF sender preferred framework and will not come through our system. But all these other email addresses do come through: reviews at displays2go.com displays2go at email.displays2go.com noreply at displays2go.com This ruined an event for me almost exactly 1 year ago, and it almost happened again this year but I caught it, and my IT dept showed me the SPF error. I forwarded this to you so hopefully it will be fixed. Please fix it so I can keep ordering these great products from you!”

“My easel order arrived shortly after I placed my order online. My only concerns were that there were no instructions in the package to set up the tripod easel and there was a loose screw that had fallen out of the easel inside the package. At first I started to contact customer service but I was able to assemble the easel on my own and set my dry erase board up on it in my business.”

“Some of the products break easily and my last experience in ordering was definitely less than satisfactory. I have used Displays2go for a number of things and will continue to do so, but I do hope they tightenup their production and administrative back-end.”

“I would give a better review, but the original order I placed came in a ripped up box, covered in dirt, and missing pieces (assuming they fell out because the box was ripped open - possibly an issue with the shipper and not displays 2 go, but unable to really tell). Customer service helped me straighten things out and replacement parts were sent super quickly, so I would give 5 stars for customer service...but there's still the fact that the original order came in ripped to shreds and incomplete.”

“I ordered four 11 x 17 sign holders for my company event. I received them very quickly. The quality is excellent! However, I ordered signs to be printed to fit inside the sign holders and they would not fit. I measured the sign holders and they are only 11 x 16. Great product, shipping, and quality. I only wish the dimensions were accurate.”

“I went to buy it on Amazon and it showed up for 2 minutes and then disappeared without a trace. I had to go on your website to learn that it was backordered and now I have to pay shipping which I wouldn't have had to do if you had just kept it there, allowed me to order and stated that it was backordered. Not a happy camper!!”

“Item was very expensive to ship. Instructions were pictures only and didn't show where the plastic sweeper was to be applied. The case itself just rests on a rolling platform (no glue or screws) and is not very sturdy and prone to being knocked over easily. Decent value for the price.”

“Pros: Many ports for your media input. The frame is solid and presentable. Cons: Needs a non-glare screen. Even angled or low lights blot the screen. My biggest critique though is the built in photo slide show software. There seems to be no option to change how it transitions from one photo to another. Instead of a gentle fade, or "Ken Burns effect," photos change with cartoon like zooms, swipes, and bars that ruin the slideshow almost entirely. If it weren't a hassle, I'd return the frame base on this alone.”

“We received our outdoor sign holder in Ontario Canada in great condition. The sign is now mounted on our outdoor wall and it works and looks perfect. The keys used to lock the frame work as they should. It looks great and so far we are pleased with the product.”

“The Wood Easel for floor with adjustable support bar (SVEASELB2) has a hardware issue. The hardware to hold the adjustable support bar is too long by 1 3/4 inches. You will need to go to the hardware store and purchase two metric bolts, size 6 mm, 2 inches long to replace the 3 3/4 inch long bolt that came with the easel. I also have the Wood Easel for floor with adjustable top clamp and bottom support bar (TBEASBKO1) which is a superior easel. I would rate this easel 5 stars. The bottom and top clamps are easier to adjust, hold whatever you are displaying more securely and folds up easier than model SVEASELB2.”

“I ordered three acrylic stands. Two of the three arrived in good condition. The other was broken. It might be a good idea to wrap each stand in more sturdy covering. The other two stands are in good shape. Overall, the quality is about what I expected for the price.”
