Pros: Many ports for your media input. The frame is solid and presentable. Cons: Needs a non-glare screen. Even angled or low lights blot the screen. My biggest critique though is the built in photo slide show software. There seems to be no option to change how it transitions from one photo to another. Instead of a gentle fade, or "Ken Burns effect," photos change with cartoon like zooms, swipes, and bars that ruin the slideshow almost entirely. If it weren't a hassle, I'd return the frame base on this alone.

We received our outdoor sign holder in Ontario Canada in great condition. The sign is now mounted on our outdoor wall and it works and looks perfect. The keys used to lock the frame work as they should. It looks great and so far we are pleased with the product.

Love the sign. It's my second one from you guys and I'm happy. Would have given you a better rating except this one came in with a crack in the frame. Still works for me though.

Bar top was cracked when delivered. I'm pretty sure it was the fault of the delivery driver and not the company.

The Wood Easel for floor with adjustable support bar (SVEASELB2) has a hardware issue. The hardware to hold the adjustable support bar is too long by 1 3/4 inches. You will need to go to the hardware store and purchase two metric bolts, size 6 mm, 2 inches long to replace the 3 3/4 inch long bolt that came with the easel. I also have the Wood Easel for floor with adjustable top clamp and bottom support bar (TBEASBKO1) which is a superior easel. I would rate this easel 5 stars. The bottom and top clamps are easier to adjust, hold whatever you are displaying more securely and folds up easier than model SVEASELB2.

I ordered three acrylic stands. Two of the three arrived in good condition. The other was broken. It might be a good idea to wrap each stand in more sturdy covering. The other two stands are in good shape. Overall, the quality is about what I expected for the price.

Paid $150 for shipping. It?s been 10 days since I placed the order and the package has not arrived. Can?t rate the product because I haven?t even seen it yet.

The unit came in scuffed up in spots on the metal frame and on some of the wood shelving. Should be packed a lot better to prevent the morons that move this stuff from destroying it. Had it come in, in any worse shape I would have returned it. Aside from the shipping issues, the unit went together well and seems very solid for my audio gear.

The dry erase board was damaged at the bottom (dents); not too noticeable once it was hung on the wall. Plus, the mount/tray to be attached to hold an eraser and markers was broken and could not be attached.

Packaging for shipment was great. But, (1) the product was not the same size as the item I wanted to slide into it. Since it was ordered through TWS, I would have thought it would have fit the item I received from them. (2) OK, so how do you place your item into the plaque? Instructions about the paper you put inside the plaque and how best to get your display inside the plaque would have been appreciated. I could easily damage the plaque while trying to insert my picture inside it. ???? NOTE: I resubmitted a new review about 2 hours later after making discovery on the above questions. New rating is 5 stars.

The frames are great, however, I could not reach the sticker you placed on the inside of th frame at the bottom to remove.

I ordered two of the same double sided ceiling hung mounts. One came as expected clean box everything packaged nicely inside, it fit together well and all the pieces were present. Second box had clearly been previously opened & resealed, it looked like a return that had been closed back up & shipped. Parts we loose on the inside of the box, screws were missing, luckily I had the screws from the firs box for reference so I could go buy more. Some of the nuts (important ones) actually had plastic threads inside a metal nut, these striped upon being tightened. Again luckily I had the good mount as a reference to go buy what was needed. Long story short the pieces in the second box were mostly there, all the big stuff was but it left a sour taste after seeing the first box that was done so well.

The product is great, but no instructions on putting it together. Had to figure it out by looking at the photos online. Looked for instructions on line but could not find any. For this price should have detailed instructions.

Unboxed the monitor arm , and no hardware was in the box, also the internet picture showed the arm having more adjustability, when I originally looked at it on display to go?s website, the arm moved vertically as well as horizontal, mine has no vertical movement. No instructions in the box so if there is adjustability vertically I have no way to determine where to make an adjustment. A real let down ,

The frames are overall great, but the clips are not strong and on my 3 frames, 3 or 4 clips broke and I had to find replacements.

We ordered a foldable podium, which was shipped quickly and overall the item was what we expected. My issue is more with the shipping company. It looked like Fedex had kicked it around their trucks a bunch of times. Customer service was responsive and got us a new podium delivered right away. However, it too had a little bit of damage. I really wish there had been an option to use UPS instead of FedEx. I am always willing to pay more to avoid having to use FedEx.

I want to be able to opt for 3.5 stars but I can't, so this is the result. The issue I have results in a healthy dose of "average" (3 stars) for the experience but the product is better than average although not great (4 stars). Shipping weight was advertised as 300 lbs. + while the case itself was listed at 185 lbs. My issue is that there was nowhere close to 115 lbs. + of packaging with this delivery. The case is glass on all sides with glass shelves, metal framing and an MDF bottom shelf and top. The packaging for shipment provided not one bit of protection for the glass. The case was placed on a custom built wood tray with a wood cap on top and fabricated 2x2 MDF angles running the full height of the corners. The doors were held shut by wraps of cord around the case at 3 different heights. The case was strapped to the bottom tray with 4 plastic cinch straps and then the whole package was wrapped with a couple of layers of thin, clear plastic. The analysis of all this is that packaging requires the frame of the case to carry forces resulting during shipping. This is not what I consider to be a good practice in packing. My unit arrived with 2 of the plastic cinch straps broken, obviously from where they wrapped around the corner of the wood on the bottom tray. Inside the case, there were approx. 10 paper towel tubes which were intended to be spacers to support the installed glass shelved. 3 of them were still functioning when the case was delivered. The rest were rolling around on the shelves. Finally, either some twisting occurred during shipment or the case wasn't assembled with great care because the two doors are offset vertically by approx. 1/4" at the top under the locks. I can twist the case manually and level the doors at the top, but then they bow apart front to back by approx. 1/4" at the bottom. I will find a way to make all of this work but I expected a lot better for a $1000. purchase. The glass and other features of the case arrived intact, but it really strikes me as an exceptionally lucky occurrence. A glass display case like this needs to be CRATED for shipment and then placed on a pallet, not gift wrapped. Even if it's something like the 1/4" MDF angles that were fabricated for the corners, this will carry the shipping forces and not require the merchandise to do so.

Our displays were VERY lightweight and didn't go together very well. The business card holders and brochure holders were great.
