We ordered a foldable podium, which was shipped quickly and overall the item was what we expected. My issue is more with the shipping company. It looked like Fedex had kicked it around their trucks a bunch of times. Customer service was responsive and got us a new podium delivered right away. However, it too had a little bit of damage. I really wish there had been an option to use UPS instead of FedEx. I am always willing to pay more to avoid having to use FedEx.

I want to be able to opt for 3.5 stars but I can't, so this is the result. The issue I have results in a healthy dose of "average" (3 stars) for the experience but the product is better than average although not great (4 stars). Shipping weight was advertised as 300 lbs. + while the case itself was listed at 185 lbs. My issue is that there was nowhere close to 115 lbs. + of packaging with this delivery. The case is glass on all sides with glass shelves, metal framing and an MDF bottom shelf and top. The packaging for shipment provided not one bit of protection for the glass. The case was placed on a custom built wood tray with a wood cap on top and fabricated 2x2 MDF angles running the full height of the corners. The doors were held shut by wraps of cord around the case at 3 different heights. The case was strapped to the bottom tray with 4 plastic cinch straps and then the whole package was wrapped with a couple of layers of thin, clear plastic. The analysis of all this is that packaging requires the frame of the case to carry forces resulting during shipping. This is not what I consider to be a good practice in packing. My unit arrived with 2 of the plastic cinch straps broken, obviously from where they wrapped around the corner of the wood on the bottom tray. Inside the case, there were approx. 10 paper towel tubes which were intended to be spacers to support the installed glass shelved. 3 of them were still functioning when the case was delivered. The rest were rolling around on the shelves. Finally, either some twisting occurred during shipment or the case wasn't assembled with great care because the two doors are offset vertically by approx. 1/4" at the top under the locks. I can twist the case manually and level the doors at the top, but then they bow apart front to back by approx. 1/4" at the bottom. I will find a way to make all of this work but I expected a lot better for a $1000. purchase. The glass and other features of the case arrived intact, but it really strikes me as an exceptionally lucky occurrence. A glass display case like this needs to be CRATED for shipment and then placed on a pallet, not gift wrapped. Even if it's something like the 1/4" MDF angles that were fabricated for the corners, this will carry the shipping forces and not require the merchandise to do so.

Our displays were VERY lightweight and didn't go together very well. The business card holders and brochure holders were great.

I love the products. Good quality, everything like the description said. My second time purchasing. Shipped quickly too. My complaint is size of the packaging, and the shipping costs. The box was 3X the size of the items inside, and each individual item was in another box, bigger than the item. It was excessive. The cost of shipping was more than the cost of the products. I am wondering if the cost of shipping could been reduced by reducing the packaging size?

The product is great, and delivery time was okay. BUT the cost of shipping was insane. There has to be a less expensive method of shipping something this light and manageable?

Really like the sturdy construction and the fact that I can insert a variety of signs. Do not appreciate having to cut off 1/2? along one side and one end for those inserts to fit into the grooves. Really? They can?t be constructed to accept 24?X36? inserts?!

The mount seemed to be exactly what I needed for my dual monitors. Since the anchors and screws provided were for concrete, we went to the local hardware store and purchased anchors and screws appropriate for a drywall mount. There was NOTHING in the instructions that said a drywall mount was tabu. It only said that the provided anchors/screws were not to be used for drywall. However, the installer did comment that the mounting plate had a particularly small footprint for the weight that it needed to hold. The mount was installed, the monitors attached and all seemed well. Five minutes later the entire mount pulled out of the wall and mount and monitors fell flat down on the desk. Fortunately, since there was nothing on the desk, there was no damage and the new monitors seemed to have to survived just fine. Needless to say - the mount is not being used. I think the design is great (except for a very small mounting plate) and I'm very disappointed that I cannot use it since I have no concrete walls in my home. I REALLY THINK YOUR DESCRIPTIVE MATERIAL SHOULD POINT OUT THAT ONLY CONCRETE (OR PERHAPS SOLID WOOD) IS SUITABLE FOR THIS MOUNT. Very disappointed.

This review is for the customer service department I called and emailed pictures about the set screws on the sides of the cabinet being too short. I was replied to in an email basically telling me the installation was wrong and the screws weren?t short. You should?ve engineered the cabinet and French cleats with screws long enough to secure it firmly to the wall. I just went to a hardware store and purchased 1/4 longer screws myself since the customer service and tech team just fail short of helping anyone and just tried to blame me for their problem. I sincerely apologize to all the people in the future who have the same problem.

Both tiered brochure holders were received damaged; however, when we called to report this, they were very good about replacing them both with no problems at all.

I'm searching for a magazine rack to place at multiple locations across our company -- in offices and more industrial settings. The rack I ordered as a sample was terrible quality! screw holes didn't align properly and screws didn't tighten properly on hinges. Quality was poor enough that I wouldn't order additional racks. I searched a different site to check out their racks and ordered a sample made of wire. Ironically, I was notified that it's coming from Displays2go!

The product is great and is a good price. However, i paid 14$ for shipping (which i never do) and waited over a week for it to arrive. It was a birthday present and didnt make it in time.

Ordered a cart on 4/7/2020, made an inquiry on 4/17/2020 because my order stated "in processing" after ten days. I was told it was out of stock and expected to ship on 4/23/2020, even though when I ordered it the website stated it was in stock, ready for delivery. The only remedy given was to cancel my order. This would not solve the issue but create a second one, where to go from here? I understand this is a bad time, but inventory doesn't get coronavirus. Don't say you have it when you do not. I understand if it was delayed because...xzy, but not in stock when you said it was at the time I bought it? Update: Ironically, following this review, the item shipped. Within one hour I received notice of status change in my order. I am very impressed with the cart. Good quality, meets my needs exactly as expected. I raised the score to three from one for the product. Had there been truth in the original transaction, or at least communication instead of denial or excuses this would have been a favorable review. You sell quality products, do it better. Please.

so far we have only received 1 of the 2 tables we ordered. Shows 2 shipped so possibly not your fault.

I think that the product itself is really nice. It is convenient to be able to clearly see all the business cards and it holds a lot of them. My area of displeasure is that it arrived poorly wrapped inside a box and thus had chipped corner. I let them know just so they could maybe reconsider the packaging. They offered to send a replacement but I haven't seen it yet.

Not the easiest company to deal with. Delays in shipping, lack of product availability, and lack of customer service make it hard to order. Also, my order was dropped off at an incorrect address and I felt that Displays2Go was little to no help with fedex or with sending me a replacement product. The product itself seems to be good quality.

The shipping container was ripped at the taped side seams; product was slightly outside of its cardboard container when I found it on my doorstep. One of the two identical products I bought is not in pristine conditon. It?s dented.

The donation box was an attention getter, the lock was more secure than others we?ve seen, and it was a good price. But, it was so lightweight that the back acted like a sail and it blew off a table onto the grass (on a day that wasn?t really windy) and broke within the first 20 minutes of use. For this reason I would remove the back when using it outdoors and would place something inside to make it weigh more.

The frame and screen are great, but the user manual is so brief, it seems like alot of things are missing. I'm still learning how to use it. It also seems to be on a different calendar and clock then I have entered. It shows on the calendar when on screen, but it shows up differently at the top right corner of the settings screen. Thanks.
