“The case was as advertised, however the quality of the packaging material and the method used to ship was poor at best. Our case was delivered fully in tact but one glass door had popped out of it's track, and there was damage in the upper right left hand corner of the case (the top of the unit had partially popped off in transit). Additionally, one of the light bulbs was not working (probably because the filament was damaged in transit) and needed to be replaced. After fixing the unit, it looks great but the doors and the shelves should be shipped separately from the case as they are simple to remove / re-install.”

“Customer service has been helpful, but the replacement piece for my original purchase came broken too. Awaiting a 3rd shipment, not good. Not happy. Product, if came as described would be lovely. We shall see how 3rd shipment comes. Awaiting a reply from customer service on shipment. Sigh.”

“good quality products and great customer service! however, the shipping fee is way too much price than what I expected I paid for $147 for shipping and it will take more than 10 days to come to my place”

“The pole went up well and the PVC pipe was a good support to prevent problems at the base of the pole. The light is a little bit dimmer than I expected, but will meet the guidelines. The most disappointing factor was the size of the flag. we would have not have noticed it so much otherwise but we were also flying the Marine Corp flag which measured 3x5ft, the same as your flag was suppose to. So we had to take the Corp flag down and measure it and the measurement was correct. We had to purchase another US flag. When we took your flag down it measured 3x4ft 10 inches. Please check your stock and see if your flags are exactly as advertised. It would not have been noticed so much if it was flying alone, but a second flag cannot be larger than the US flag.”

“One small purchase and dozens of emails spamming me for reviews. Product is fine but super overpriced and no instructions. For the price I?d expect a lot more.”

“We love the display cabinet but the delivery was terrible. We were left to bring in the 233 lb glass cabinet with no help from the delivery person. I would have given it a 5 star if that were better.”
