“Not the easiest company to deal with. Delays in shipping, lack of product availability, and lack of customer service make it hard to order. Also, my order was dropped off at an incorrect address and I felt that Displays2Go was little to no help with fedex or with sending me a replacement product. The product itself seems to be good quality.”

“The shipping container was ripped at the taped side seams; product was slightly outside of its cardboard container when I found it on my doorstep. One of the two identical products I bought is not in pristine conditon. It?s dented.”

“The donation box was an attention getter, the lock was more secure than others we?ve seen, and it was a good price. But, it was so lightweight that the back acted like a sail and it blew off a table onto the grass (on a day that wasn?t really windy) and broke within the first 20 minutes of use. For this reason I would remove the back when using it outdoors and would place something inside to make it weigh more.”

“The frame and screen are great, but the user manual is so brief, it seems like alot of things are missing. I'm still learning how to use it. It also seems to be on a different calendar and clock then I have entered. It shows on the calendar when on screen, but it shows up differently at the top right corner of the settings screen. Thanks.”

“The products are really a #5 but the fact that the company has promos that only apply to people spending $200 to $300 plus does not seem fair. I have spent that much but each of my purchases has gone to a different location due to family living in different states. Why am I not eligible to receive a discount as well? Plus each individual purchase includes a large shipping fee. Not fair to the person who buys one item at a time.”

“The display case is beautiful, however the bottom corner was damaged when it was delivered. We are able to cover it with electrical tape, but for how much the case was it should not of had a chipped corner. There are also some scratches in the glass, but fortunately they are in the back. Upon arrival, they have you sign off that it isn?t damaged, but it?s wrapped so tightly and physically strapped and nailed to a shipping pallet that while doing my once over I couldn?t see the damage until after it was fully unwrapped. Our damage was behind the boards holding it to the pallet. I recommend not signing off until you have it completely exposed the entire case, which will take some time and make the driver wait. It was very dirty when it arrived, but nothing some windex couldn?t fix. The lights work great and illuminate everything very nicely. Overall, the display case is very nice, I just wish I caught the damaged corner and back scratches.”

“Nice product. I ordered 2 and one came with a broken hinge. Hinges are low quality plastic so they will break easily. I will have to try to replace the one broken hinge.”

“The ordering processing went as expected. I received NO order conformation email or NO email response to my email asking if the order was received. Phone calls were made asking for the status of my order. Operator had no information and said they have to get back to me. Never received a call back. Part arrived.”

“The package arrived damaged and the shipping was very expensive. Fortunately I was able to refuse the shipment and get a refund. I was impressed at how quickly my payment was refunded. Everyone was pleasant but I did not get my display.”

“Setting the displays up took about 2 hours when they should've only taken 30 minutes. I mean they look great don't get me wrong but the directions should probably be revised with actual words not pictures. It was difficult to understand. Some of the metal was bent so we had to hammer it in place. Other than all that, I am somewhat satisfied with my order. 6/10. Would maybe recommend.”

“The black pine flag case with glass front is affordable and of good quality. It arrived well-packaged. My only issue is with the hook for hanging. Instead of the sawtooth hanger affixed horizontally across the top point of the case (as depicted on your website), there were two sawtooth hangers, each affixed diagonally along either side of the point. This makes no sense! I had to remove these two hooks and replace them with a larger sawtooth hook, affixed horizontally. Now I am able to hang my flag case, as it was shown.”

“Board has amazing functionality, however I do need to say that my order did not come with screws or placeholder insertions like they advertise. My board was chipped and had a piece of wood missing that was obviously overlooked during manufacturing. Overall great product, terrible execution of supply chain.”

“Over all the display model is good but the pipe that holds it together was way to loose. We had to wrap tape on each end to make it hold up right”

“The directions to put this stand together are an absolute joke. Took us three tries before we finally figured it out. But even after getting the thing together we used half a roll of packing tape to get all the pieces to hold together. Then we needed to add a piece of cardboard on the bottom to help with stability. Will never get this product again.”

“This is my third time ordering from you and the first time it is not a 5 star review. My podium go hit in shipping and has a chip in it at the top, but we are going to wrap it so we will just fill the chip and wrap over it.”

“Understandably, the Covid 19 issue has impacted business throughout, but I found it extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at Displays2go. We almost went with another company because of the lack of being able to get information on this recent purchase. Products are of good quality, but it's hard to get support and parts for them after the sale.”

“I honestly was very excited to get our new magnet board/ dry erase board, but unfortunately the dry erase side is too far away from the metal to really be a good magnet board. Magnets would just slide down, or strong magnet holders wouldnt even stick. We came up with a solution to put it on the wall backwards so we can use the metal part, but the dry erase side is no longer available. Wish it held magnets better.”

“I love it, and intend to keep it. I can't accuse you of false advertising because the description was clear that it accepted umbrella poles up to 1" diameter. I should have done my homework. As of today, I have not found an umbrella with a pole less than 1-1/2". I've decided to purchase an umbrella of my choice, with no consideration of diameter of the pole. Then I will increase the size of the hole in the base with a grinder or sander. It's made of good sturdy plastic and should be able to withstand the pressure of a grinder. If not, I tried. And the price was very reasonable so I will not ask for a refund if it cracks or breaks!”
