“Overall a good product, but their shipping leaves much to be desired. I wanted 25 of a product, but adding a 25th item tripled the shipping cost from ordering 24.”

“good product, well designed, well built and looks great, good service up to a sale. After a sale, no one notified me it was available for delivery, I had to call and schedule it, was sitting in the warehouse. Too many damages, had to use touch up pen and still visible damages, poor instructions on how to put together, no screws for the drawer lock, no instructions on how to tighten up the lock on the bottom of the unit after hanging sides.”

“The experience is more related to the item quality than the interaction with the website or with the salespeople. Item was shipped immediately and timely arrived. However, the pedestal was scratched and I wasn't willing to go through the nightmare of sending it back and expect another one.”

“The product that was delivered was damaged in shipping. Two of the four items were damaged. Also the shelf is not very stable at all and will need additional support if its going to have anything more than 4 lbs on it. Was disappointed in the overall product, thought it would be slightly higher quality.”

“The display is very nice for the money. There are some issues. 1. The packaging for shipping was poor. 2. The box arrived battered (dispute being marked "Fragile") and there were some scratches on some areas of the display where the paint was rubbed off. With time constraints, we took care of minor scratches but we should not have had to worry about it. I always believe in positives. It is a nice display. Your mementos will proudly be displayed> :)”

“the product's steel braces on the top and bottom were soft and easily bent. I item is also heavy and I think I should have gotten the other podium instead.”

“The outdoor sign we ordered is less than expected. During the ordering process, our design kept getting rejected due to a pixilation error. After 2 or 3 attempts, all rejected, we finally settled on smaller print and graphics in order to avoid any errors and the end result was a sign that can barely be read/seen from the street. Despite these issues, this was our first order through Displays2go and we will certainly use them again in the future just to give them a second chance and hopefully that collaboration will result in better satisfaction for us.”

“The Cash Wrap station is fabulous and perfect for what I need BUT...the assembly instructions are horrid! Took twice the time it should have and I am skilled in putting Ikea together! Only some of the pieces are marked and there is nothing in the assembly brochure that ties in with the few marking on the pieces. I had read that the instructions are awful in other reviews and they are absolutely right.”

“The black wooden brochure holder looks decent. The assembly is straightforward. But the craftsmanship is a little below average. To assemble it will require a little sanding down of the product in order for the wedges to fit properly. I ordered 4, so this might be the exception with this order. I cannot recommend this product.”

“I ordered a display case for a new retail store we are nearly ready to open. The specs listed said the case was 58? overall width so we installed our checkout stand 58.5? away from a side wall and supplied it with power from the ceiling. We wanted a clean permanent location for our check out. The case arrived in good condition and was simple to put together. MAJOR PROBLEM: The case is NOT 58? wide overall. It is 60?. So it doesn?t fit in the intended space thus requiring moving the checkout and re-running power again. That is a huge inconvenience and caused additional expense. Get your specs right!”

“The frames might be a good deal. Except the mattes are unbelievably atrocious. Badly cut and they are NOT 8.5" x 11" One was about 8.65" x 11.25" Useless for matting 8.5" x 11"photos!! I have had to discard them and cut my own. It was also disappointing to see the glass that had accompanied my last order are now flimsy plastic. Not good”

“The product is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly as depicted on website. The price was great. The reason for my 3 stars is because the assembly process is horrendous. The assembly instructions are horrible and the accompanying pictures are even worse. It was a very long and arduous process to figure out how to assemble the unit - it took 2 engineers as well as several other employees' input to assemble the unit in 8 hours.”

“The first thing I ordered from Displays to go I was really not satisfied with and we were unable to return because we were told we needed to return it in the original packaging which we had already recycled. I didn't feel this display I ordered was of good quality nor did it function well. I ordered again, more than a year later, a tri-fold display board and am very satisfied with this purchase.”

“The donation box I ordered was supposed to be lockable. Instead of an actual lock and keys, it came with an allen wrench. As we were going to use this for monetary donations, that is an unacceptable "security system". I am also unimpressed that not only will I not be refunded for my shipping costs, I had to pay to have it shipped back. Otherwise, a nice item.”

“I bought a lot of matted frames for a picture project but the opening in the matting is the exact size of the picture. It should be a little smaller. Some of the matting isn?t even traditional matting, it?s just card stock. Really cheap quality.”

“I ordered four 11x17 frames on stands. Two of the four had bent pieces of the sign stand that had to be bent back so that the sign would be displayed straight. Other than that, really liked the product. The frame is very easy to insert posters and the stand is easy to adjust in height and angle.”

“The product we ordered matched with what we received. Unfortunately, there was an item that was broken during transport. However, customer service responded quickly and a replacement shipment is underway. I gave the product three stars due to the fact that the support arm pieces were plastic and not metal. Keep in mind, the item that was broken during transport was one of the plastic arm pieces. Arm pieces are important especially as people will lean on the counter or place several devices on the counter which might cause the plastic arm pieces to break. Also, the board frame screw holes did not match the frame holes. I was only able to screw in one side of the board to the frame and I had to apply double-sided tape on the other side to keep the frame in place.”

“Great for simple stuff - lots of choices and good prices. However, when you get into custom work or have tight shipping constraints they are not the best at handling the files or making sure you get your custom pieces shipped in time. I had one piece not make it in time, and then another I kept asking about shipping until the art was approved, then they sent a ship time that was after my event and then I had to call and chase someone down to update before they sent it out for ground.”
