The product we ordered matched with what we received. Unfortunately, there was an item that was broken during transport. However, customer service responded quickly and a replacement shipment is underway. I gave the product three stars due to the fact that the support arm pieces were plastic and not metal. Keep in mind, the item that was broken during transport was one of the plastic arm pieces. Arm pieces are important especially as people will lean on the counter or place several devices on the counter which might cause the plastic arm pieces to break. Also, the board frame screw holes did not match the frame holes. I was only able to screw in one side of the board to the frame and I had to apply double-sided tape on the other side to keep the frame in place.
