Great for simple stuff - lots of choices and good prices. However, when you get into custom work or have tight shipping constraints they are not the best at handling the files or making sure you get your custom pieces shipped in time. I had one piece not make it in time, and then another I kept asking about shipping until the art was approved, then they sent a ship time that was after my event and then I had to call and chase someone down to update before they sent it out for ground.
