My easel order arrived shortly after I placed my order online. My only concerns were that there were no instructions in the package to set up the tripod easel and there was a loose screw that had fallen out of the easel inside the package. At first I started to contact customer service but I was able to assemble the easel on my own and set my dry erase board up on it in my business.
