I ordered a display case for a new retail store we are nearly ready to open. The specs listed said the case was 58? overall width so we installed our checkout stand 58.5? away from a side wall and supplied it with power from the ceiling. We wanted a clean permanent location for our check out. The case arrived in good condition and was simple to put together. MAJOR PROBLEM: The case is NOT 58? wide overall. It is 60?. So it doesn?t fit in the intended space thus requiring moving the checkout and re-running power again. That is a huge inconvenience and caused additional expense. Get your specs right!
