We overall really loved the look and feel of our order. BUT there was one big issue. We were missing one piece of our 10x10 floor. We had to leave the one spot blank in the middle after rebuilding the floor so that the table could cover it. Could we please have one more foam tile?

I had a fair experience. I called to order a table covering approximately 2 weeks prior to the date that I needed it. I was told that I would not get the product delivered in time for the event and there was no option for the job to rushed. I get it, that is the policy of the company but it was surprising to hear that there was no flexibility in getting my job rushed especially becasue I work in Swansea and could have come over the pick it up anytime. The rep I spoke with was nice but there is no way I can give the company 5 stars. Had they figured out a way to get this item ready in time I would be giving you 5 stars and praising you to the community.

I bought the 29"x72" glass case and it arrived safely, nothing broken. But there were some problems with defective parts. There are 4 metal rods that have channels for the glass and those round shelf-support things. On one of the rods, the channel for the round shelf supports wasn't wide enough for the supports. A few of the shelf supports wouldn't tighten but in the end it didn't matter. I replaced the glass back of the case with plywood and screwed on old fashion metal standards that use 12" shelf brackets. I bought this unit because it's the perfect size to fit in an unused doorway to the garage where it now resides.

The Product is great but I had contact via chat to ask if extra keys are available as we lost one of the two on the first meeting out. the person said they would need to reach out to the warehouse to see if extra keys are available and she would email me. I have not heard anything.

Frame is nice. Packed very well against possible shipping damage. Hanging string broke within hours of hanging. Refund and replacement frame both received....refund only requested

I ordered three privacy displays each one had damage in shipping, bent brackets, dents and dings really shoddy. The welds are weak on the pole that you connect to and as a result the blind does not stay tight at the top.

I liked the product so I ordered 2. However, I didn’t like the lack of care in delivery of it. They were sent separately from the stands and was delivered staggered. One of the racks was bent abs the center pole can not be put through. I Don’t blame the company; just in contacting them about it and getting a response was difficult via email. The service however was good.

Very nice quality table cloth and print. However, the shade of blue chosen online was different than the shade of blue received. Disappointed in that as we needed a true navy blue and received one with more of a teal look.

Packing quality was poor and the display case arrived damaged. Unfortunately we got this for a trade show and didn't see the damage until it was too late to do anything about it.

Although this shelf is a very nice, stable, reliable shelf. I was very disappointed with the fact that it came with Zero instructions. After searching online I found something that they pass off as instructions but are not very clear. They are basically picture instructions. No written instructions giving the customer any indication which bolts or screws to use etc. That is the only thing that I was not happy with. Since this has to be assembled by the customer. Please do better at providing instructions that make sense.

There were no instructions so we downloaded them only to find out that some of the holes weren't drilled as illustrated and missing screws.

The Cloth Board and Whiteboard together is a great idea, but getting things to 'stick' on the cloth side is a big challenge. The whiteboard creates a hard backing that makes using the cloth side difficult. You cannot use pins and velcro does not stick well either. The weight of the White Board makes this difficult to transport. The finished product, if you can figure out a way to use the cloth side is very impressive. Overall, it will work for our projects, but it will take more effort to create our finished presentation.

I have been a customer for several years. The art panels are an essential part of my booth display. I sell yarn. I’d been pretty satisfied until my most recent order. I called to speak with a sales representative because I wanted to ask a few questions. I ordered more panels, more hooks, and some baskets for the display. I didn’t unpack them until I was setting up for the event. I was horrified to discover that the baskets were not compatible with the art panels. I specifically asked about this when I ordered. It was clear what system I was using. I even ordered more panels in the same order. I had no choice but to try to use the baskets because I absolutely needed them for the event. My husband was able to bend the back of the incompatible baskets to make a hook so they would hang. It was a hack but it got me through the festival. However, they are not acceptable to be used again- they clearly did not sit correctly. I want my booth to look professional, particularly given the amount of money I have spent at Displays 2 Go for just that reason. I am deeply disappointed. I would like to return the baskets but they are “damaged” now. I don’t think I should have to keep them OR pay to return them.
