Packaging for shipment was great. But, (1) the product was not the same size as the item I wanted to slide into it. Since it was ordered through TWS, I would have thought it would have fit the item I received from them. (2) OK, so how do you place your item into the plaque? Instructions about the paper you put inside the plaque and how best to get your display inside the plaque would have been appreciated. I could easily damage the plaque while trying to insert my picture inside it. ???? NOTE: I resubmitted a new review about 2 hours later after making discovery on the above questions.
