I purchased a large display case for my home and upon delivery the courier that was selected by Displays2go did not schedule an appointment prior to delivery and they also only sent one guy to unload the case and left it in front of my house. I payed for special service to have it placed inside my residence but the courier told me that they are not insured for that type of delivery. So I had to take it upon myself to hire two movers to get the case in my home. After placing it I noticed that the top of the unit was damaged in transit by the straps that were wrapped around it as well as the power cable being almost severed. I'm waiting for Displays2go to decide if they are sending out a new case.
