“I ordered 5 wired display panels with footings. 1 panel came bent and 1 of the footing's bolts was soldered so I was unable to unscrew it to attach the panel. The product overall in flimsy and cheaply made. I gave it a 3 because the description of the display panels are accurate but I wouldn't not purchase again.”

“My order came quickly and was reasonably priced but the wrong color was shipped to me. So when I contacted customer service I received excellent care and immediate attention about my issue. The next day I received an email from customer service letting me know that the order could not ship since the remaining stock was all maked with the wrong color. I asked when a restock would happen and I was told 3 months. I was very disappointed to not to be able to have my order filled since I needed the items within the week. I am currently waiting to receive my refund. Your customer service was impressive and I will order from you again.”

“The display is entirely too heavy for the packaging. I haven't removed it from the cartons yet, but there are parts of the base sticking out from the box on all corners and it looks like they're all scuffed up. Id' blame it on the shipper, but it is clearly apparent that the cardboard packaging was just not able to contain the heavy stand when shipped across the country”

“I ordered 10 door nameplates, but only received 9. Also, there was no packing slip. I was worried that I would have trouble convincing you that the order was 1 short. However, you trusted me and sent another nameplate. I was nervous, but it had a happy ending. Thank you for trusting me.”

“FedEx delivered to the incorrect address They took care of shipping a replacement - took a week to fix, and multiple phone calls. Should have taken one! Still not have the item!”

“Ordering was easy and the shipment delivered on time. There were two problems. First, there was no hole from the top of the post to feed the cords from the monitor down to the shelf or floor for electrical connection. Then, the shelf does not sit straight on the post at certain heights. How can this be called adjustable height when it doesn't sit properly on the straight part of the stand post?”

“The pub set is nice but it was extremely frustrating having limited instructions. The instructions on how to raise and lower the table (a key feature) are not detailed on the instructions. We put the table together on a Saturday evening and customer service was not available, so for two days we assumed we had a defective product. There is a dent on the table that we assumed was table damage but later realized this dent on the table is actually the marker/indicator as to where the button is located to raise and lower the table. The button is not mentioned ANYWHERE on the instructions and the only reason we found it is because I was sitting on the floor and happened to look over at the table and saw it underneath. The top of the table spins loosely which is also annoying. I would highly recommend better instructions for your products. I saw a few older reviews where others may have assumed their tables do not raise and lower simply because they have not found the button underneath.”

“I'm disappointed that using the templates requires a special program. I really wanted something that I could just create in Word and change whenever I needed to. With this one, I have to send the work out. It's not DIY. Perhaps I overlooked something when I ordered it, so partly my fault, I'm sure.”

“The products I purchased are exactly what I wanted and were shipped and arrived in good order. The packaging is what I question. The items were wrapped a sheets of green plastic air pocket material that worked well but were not marked as recyclable nor was the plastic bags on the items I purchased. I was rather discussed to have to put all of this into a land fill. I get other items shipped to me with air-pocket protection bags that I easily deflate and recycle. I will consider this process if I need to order again.”

“I am a little disappointed in the Carpet Squares I purchased online. When I was look at many websites and decided to order them from Displays2go I chose them for the edge squares being a pure edge/corner squares. As I looked at all the pictures online the edge on the bottom look attached and that the edges of the 10x20 edge piece could only be used as the edge. We plan on using these carpets for many busy shows and now I have to keep an eye on tripping hazards. I am pleased with the look of the fabric squares. But I will not be ordering more if they edges are not only edge squares.”

“Although measurements are provided, actual size when assembled is smaller than expected. Items are pricey in comparison to the quality. However, they are pretty good looking and will work well for their intended purposes.”

“Shipping is very expensive, they have nice looking products and show low prices but they nail you on shipping. $155 Shipping fee on a $390 item.”

“Very quick in shipping and receiving our order. Give that part of the process five stars. Had to have two of the shelves cut shorter by a professional glass cutter because they did not fit into the slots. Overall though, it is the perfect case to display our miniature characters.”
