Ordered an A-frame sign. The sides of the frame are kept in place with little rectangular pieces of metal that cause tension and keep the frame sides closed. These were not in place when the product arrived and were very difficult to put in. Now the frame sides do not meet up properly on the corners. Hoping this product lasts. UPDATE: Wonderful customer service from Displays2go! I figured I would just have to make due with the sign in the condition it was in, but they have offered to replace it for me...couldn't ask for more!
