The card rack worked well. There was a plastic part I have no idea what it was to be used for and I had to add a tube to make the whole thing further off the floor. The bottom spaces will never get looked at. It is a bit cheaply made for the price but served the purpose. I appreciate that the company , after my review, offered to have me return it but I do not wish to do so . The rack is not ideal but as I said it served the purpose. I will keep it.
