My only complaint with my order was that despite providing clear, detailed shipping instructions indicating it should be addressed to "ATTN: Hold for Jane Smith, Guest", my banners were delivered to the hotel to the attention of simply "guest". It doesn't take an advanced degree to see the problems with this as most hotels have hundreds, if not thousands of "guests". I contacted the Displays2go rep immediately who assured me he would resolve this issue with FedEx and later sent me an email to confirm he did that. So Jane Smith arrives at the hotel and nothing is noted on her reservation about any packages being held for her. These banners were for a convention happening the next day. The hotel receives a large number of shipments for these events. It turned into a time-consuming and stressful hunt for the banners all because whomever entered the shipping information took it upon themselves to change the details provided. By the way, FedEx never corrected the labels. Once they were found, they were still labeled "Attn: Guest". This was an avoidable error and a major inconvenience. Additionally it makes us look less than professional to our client, Jane Smith.
