“Efficient product that I initially used years ago. Was glad to see the product was till available and ordered several more. My only complaint is that when these get hot in the sun, they warp backward and separate from the front panel. When they cool off they go back to their initial shape and grip.”

“We are pleased with the stands. Still waiting for credit on the taxes charge. We are tax-exempt. I called to clarify this and then printed a receipt accordingly that gave the price of $802.55. Our credit card was then charged $850.71. I called and explained it and they said they would fix it and credit us. Still waiting. Nothing has been done yet. Disappointed with this. If someone could please fix this!”

“Good quality signs for the most part. Have had good luck with most, but beware of very high shipping charges that will significantly add to the total bill out the door.”

“We bought this display to sell vintage paperbacks from and it works very well. We can fit 4 or 5 books on each shelf and it's spins easily without anything falling off because their is a backward slant on each holder. Instructions are pretty bad...not too surprised as this comes from China like everything else but we figured it out without too much trouble. Not super heavy but sturdy enough to do the job. Would buy a second one if we needed it!”

“It was harder to put together than I anticipated, and the directions were minimal. With a couple of trys, we found an I Pad that fits one of the sets of foam pads for the stand, which was very helpful to have that many options. Thank you. It arrived very quickly after the order was made”

“Just needed a frame for my poster. Package came on time. Packaged really well to prevent it from being damaged. One thing: didn't understand why there's two different prices for the same frame... just one is black.. and way more expensive.”

“I would normally say 5 stars except the last display rack I recieved wouldn't stand up without my husband having to fix it. Apparently multiple pieces weren't bent properly so it just kept sliding apart and falling over. My husband is great at fixing things so he got it fixed it easily enough but I sent an email with pictures to let the company know about it and didn't recieve a response. Previous interactions with the company have been really great, but this last experience wasn't the best.”

“The ordering process was very easy. Shipping was fast with good packaging. I didn’t inquire for assistance, so I can’t speak specifically to customer service but I have no doubt that would have been great too. The banner stand I ordered was easy to put together and looked great. Unfortunately, we had a wind storm a couple weeks after I put it up and the next day I found both side poles bent to the ground and the banner laying about 25ft away with the top pole still attached. Now I know that if thunderstorms are in the forecast, I should take it down. Lesson learned.”

“This display helped my booth presentation SO much, it looks professional and clean. The metal rods in the back that hold the rack/fold the rack are a little flimsy, which is my only concern. But if I anchor the display stand down with some A clamps I feel very secure. I would definitely consider buying from you again!! Thank you for this perfect display piece :)”

“Did not represent the product very well. Pictures of the product were only straight on. When looking at the pop-up stand at an angle the images on the stand are not visible. We did not realize this when purchasing because the images only showed the product straight on.”

“We loooooooove our kiosk. It is super easy to assemble and disassemble. In fact, we timed it. LOL Literally 5 minutes up and 5 minutes down and put away - and that was just our second try. It looks great. The shelf underneath is super handy. Immediately it made a difference in the presentation; people knew precisely where to go. In fact, even folks that didn't need to check in with us came just because it looked official. The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is the iPad stand has to be drilled into the top. We need something that is easily attached and removed - a clamp would work or even something in the countertop. But overall, we love the kiosk!!!!”

“Our displays arrived on time, in (almost) perfect condition and work and look great. Everyone is happy with them at this point. One of the door locks is missing a screw and one of the glass panels was lightly broken. It didn't affect the overall build, but was a concern as we were building it.”

“The custom logo came out beautifully. The only problem is, the print is already starting to show use, even though it has little to no use at this time in our consultation room. The only remedy I see is to have it lacquered. I am trying to find a professional in the area that will do this in hopes to maintain its beauty. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase, we just weren't anticipating the extra cost to preserve it.”

“Product looked good, nice quality. There we no instructions and the extra header and side strips with double stick tape threw us off. Didn't mention anywhere that these were not to be used for the base setup. Glad we have those extra parts should we decide to build our own full-size custom panels. Bottom of the felt panels are not staying on the frame - but kicking out about 1/2". We may need to tape from the back when we're at our trade shows.”

“Although the first item arrived shattered, the customer service provided to me was excellent. The item was needed for a charity fundraiser and the customer service representative sent a replacement immediately. That item was not delivered because the delivery service could hear the broken glass rattling in the box. I notified Displays2go and another dome was sent by overnight mail. That dome also arrived shattered. The company and I agreed we would cut our losses and not try for a 4th dome, plus it wouldn't arrive in time for the fundraiser. So, even though I didn't receive my order, each customer service representative I dealt with was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful.”
