Although the first item arrived shattered, the customer service provided to me was excellent. The item was needed for a charity fundraiser and the customer service representative sent a replacement immediately. That item was not delivered because the delivery service could hear the broken glass rattling in the box. I notified Displays2go and another dome was sent by overnight mail. That dome also arrived shattered. The company and I agreed we would cut our losses and not try for a 4th dome, plus it wouldn't arrive in time for the fundraiser. So, even though I didn't receive my order, each customer service representative I dealt with was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful.
