Although the first item arrived shattered, the customer service provided to me was excellent. The item was needed for a charity fundraiser and the customer service representative sent a replacement immediately. That item was not delivered because the delivery service could hear the broken glass rattling in the box. I notified Displays2go and another dome was sent by overnight mail. That dome also arrived shattered. The company and I agreed we would cut our losses and not try for a 4th dome, plus it wouldn't arrive in time for the fundraiser. So, even though I didn't receive my order, each customer service representative I dealt with was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful.

Exactly what we needed. Shipping was a little expensive but the part was in stock unlike other suppliers. We will be ordering more for out art room.

We used the stands for a 6-day long show. Stands were placed on carpet with padding underneath and they worked well. Folds up small and easy to transport.

I ordered a floor mounted drop box for our Real Estate office. When it arrived it was bent pretty extensively. So much that the lid would not close. I called Customer service and instead of a replacement they offered to reimburse me about 10%. I contacted our maintenance team and they said they could repair it (except paint) for $75.00. The company agreed and reimbursed us the 15% to cover cost of repair. Awesome customer service, willing to work with us to satisfaction.

All was great. Light was good, easy to put together, shipped fast, proof process was fast, helpful phone staff. But, when I got the banner and tested it, the picture proof did not account for the poles which the fabric wrapped around. The text printed on the banner looked fine in the proof, but wrapped around the pole when put together so people had a hard time reading it. The proof process needs to show poles and how the text /pictures will curve around it. Now I need to order two new fabrics, larger margins. In a conference where every other booth looked perfect, we looked a little sloppy.

Unfortunately, the podium we ordered came broken. But customer service responded to my email quickly and promptly refunded our purchase.

The magazine racks that we ordered for our conference were very easy to assemble and looked great. The only issue we had was shipping them back to the home office. They did not fit in the crate we had so we put them in the bags that came with them and shrink-wrapped them. Unfortunately, since the bags were very thin, the racks punctured through and became bent in shipping so we will not be able to use them again for our next conference.

Signs work for intended purpose. Can't give 5 stars because the delays and lack of communication for making tax exempt purposes took too long, too many calls to people who did not know what this type of transaction is, and too many transfers to dead ends.

The display looks lovely. The only part I do not like is anyone on the outside of my area can still see into my space on account of the screen being transparent during sunlight hours.
