I ordered a floor mounted drop box for our Real Estate office. When it arrived it was bent pretty extensively. So much that the lid would not close. I called Customer service and instead of a replacement they offered to reimburse me about 10%. I contacted our maintenance team and they said they could repair it (except paint) for $75.00. The company agreed and reimbursed us the 15% to cover cost of repair.
Awesome customer service, willing to work with us to satisfaction.
