“Item I ordered was sturdy and good quality ,but it arrived damaged due to poor packaging. However, customer service staff quickly sent out a replacement part. I am satisfied with the overall quality and service.”

“I bought two silver cases I bought along with my photobooth. The first time we actually used the cases 3 of the clips that fasten and secure it in place popped off and cannot be put back on . For the amount I paid for each one which is 500 dollars is appalling and I would like this reconciled by a refund for one of them .”

“The letters and board were exactly what I was looking for to put on the outside of my building as a Directory of the businesses located there. Simple but very professional and business looking. Thanks”

“Overall, my experience has been very good. I have made several orders over the past few months- and when a product didn't live up to the expectations, it was either remedied quickly or was returned without hassle. Unfortunately, many of their products are not made in the USA- and the instructions provided by the manufacturer(s) are terrible. But, as a company, overall Displays2Go has done well by me.”

“Purchased replacement art display bases because the base is not very strong and can bend out of shape, should the wind blow them over. Shipping is fast…but also expensive. I like the company and would buy from them again.”

“We acquired the mannequin for a museum display. Unfortunately, the connecting mechanism for an arm was faulty. When informed the company shipped a replacement and it assembled easily and is now on display. We were plesed with the timely response with a replacement. Cudos for customer care.”

“I really like the quality of the signs. They are also a good value. And the web site is well organized to help you to create what you want. The only small negative that keeps me from giving it a 5 rating is if I had received the signs a bit earlier.”

“The produce is made well. It was to fit a 9.25 apple tablet. We use android so we ordered the correct size of android. It fit but the charge plug was on the wrong location. We ordered a 9.25 apple tablet and it does not fit. That was disappointing.”

“The Floor Easel with ornate details arrived on time and in good condition. There were no instructions in the box but they were easy to find on the web page. It is as expected and enhances our lobby.”

“The unit is very lightweight and goes together quickly. Our Aluminum photographs hung nicely on the four panels. However, we put saddle sandbags on the legs and secured the top to the tent frame with bungee cords. It is not secure freestanding, especially if it is windy.”

“The display I purchased was great. It came with broken glass and was replaced promptly. However, I also ordered display lights and one of them has already stopped working so I give you 4 out of 5”

“The order was great but I had several problems with the Tax Exempt process. I filled out the correct forms and submitted them promptly, but one order was processed with sales tax, and the other order sales tax was supposed to be refunded. I have been waiting for that sales tax refund and have not seen any movement on it. I wish they would get thier process down so its not such a hassle.”

“The Greeting Card Display is perfect for my 5x7 and 4x5 cards/envelopes. The odd thing was it arrived in 2 separate packages on different days. There was no mention that the product would not arrive in the same package. I was concerned that it was missing the base and top card holder so contacted Customer Service. They said this was how the product ships to them.”
