“Product was exactly as described. Delivery was quick and arrived in good condition. Found the price a little high but Dispals2Go had the product when others didn't. A good buying experience.”

“I have ordered wire mounting parts before and received items in a timely matter. The only issue is the shipping charges for small box that weights 3 lbs. is $35.00. That's a 3x markup on shipping.”

“Doll case arrived with two cracks, but customer service gave me a 10% discount which is reasonable.”

“everything arrived very quickly, but for some reason came in two separate shipments. there were hardly any instructions so you will need to be able to figure it out. The "clear" cover that you put your poster behind is not clear. I don't know how to describe it.”

“Shipping was prompt and the screen was undamaged, but the shipping box needs to be re-engineered. The length of the box protects the contents fine, but the ends come off. When it was left on my porch, one end was already off exposing the screen inside and when I lifted it to take it in the house, the weight of the screen slid and pushed the other end off. The ends of the box need to be secured better and some straps to keep the screen from shifting inside the box.”

“We ordered a double-sided blank display board with dry-erase on one side and fabric for Hook-Loop holders on the other side. It came on time and looked just as described. Looks very sturdy.”

“I was very excited to receive my display case. I was doing up a memorial exhibit on behalf of my sister who passed way on February 28, 2021. It was perfect. The only thing was the one hinge was broken when I received it. I just put a piece of tape on it to fix it. I just didn't want the hassle of returning it etc. as I was excited to put her display together. I will be ordering a hat display case in the near future. Very pleased with service and delivery. “I wanted an attractive, well build platform upon which to place a lamp. What I got from Displays 2 Go was exactly that. It is solid and was easy to put together. I am pleased with the purchase.”

“Hi there: I ordered replaceable film sheets (2 packs) and normally I receive shipment within a few days. It was going on 10 days so I called to inquire. I was told the shipping label came off the package and it was stuck at FED EX. The Displays2Go representative immediately sent a new shipment out no additional shipping charges and I had rceived it in approx 3 days. The customer service needs to be commended and this young lady did a terrific job in solving the mystery.”

“I am pleased with the monitor arm. I was surprised at the shipping costs which are 32% of the purchase price of the item before taxes. However, given that his arm weighs a fair bit and is well constructed, I will accept that the shipping costs are reasonable. Because we knew where this would be attached, we add wood installed in that area before the dry-wall was was applied to that wall in our recent renovation of an office. This arm will suit the needs for which it was intended.”

“Loved the display and the prompt service. However I failed to order a thin poster board, it fit my frame. But with difficulty due to the thickness of the cardboard.”

“Great flag pole. Very sturdy and love the telescoping feature. Couple of draw backs. First you get a free US flag for Canada. I get it, made in the US and distributed here but they could replace it. Second, their shipping prices are crazy. I added the little light for the top of the pole which was around $55. They added $50 in shipping for an item that weighs less than 1/2 a pound. Would of given 5 stars except for the shipping.”

“I purchased a wall mounted display case, which seems to be of good quality. The mounting kit even came with a stubby screwdriver. The one downside was that there was a 1" piece adhesive tape on the top of acrylic, which was difficult to remove and still has some residue. Fortunately, the spot is not obvious because the case is mounted with the bottom at about eye level. Where it not for this minor defect, I would have given five stars.”
