Shipping was prompt and the screen was undamaged, but the shipping box needs to be re-engineered. The length of the box protects the contents fine, but the ends come off. When it was left on my porch, one end was already off exposing the screen inside and when I lifted it to take it in the house, the weight of the screen slid and pushed the other end off. The ends of the box need to be secured better and some straps to keep the screen from shifting inside the box.
