The order was great but I had several problems with the Tax Exempt process. I filled out the correct forms and submitted them promptly, but one order was processed with sales tax, and the other order sales tax was supposed to be refunded. I have been waiting for that sales tax refund and have not seen any movement on it. I wish they would get thier process down so its not such a hassle.
