“One issue you might addres is the binding straps on the boxes. Several of them were pulled so tight that they crushed the boxes all the way to the pedestals inside an did some minor damage.”

“This is the second time I’ve called with a “down to the wire” order, and just like last time, you under-promised and over-delivered. I appreciate that so much! I’d always rather be pleasantly surprised than stressed out because something didn’t come through as expected. I found y’all through a web search for tabletop displays, and I’m so glad I did. “Received my order prompty and customer service was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately one of the headers was damaged during transit, but I received a replacement immediately! The units are exactly what I was looking for and are fantastic.”

“The fabric cover print for the monitor stand came out lovely, but we were disappointed to have spent this amount of money on it and find out on set up day that the holes did not line up with where the TV mount needed to attach through to the structural frame. We had to cut our own holes the next day. If your order this, bring SHARP fabric scissors when setting up for the first time. (Fabric is thick so not easy to puncture cleanly without)”

“Our display was absolutely wonderful. The fabric image was so big, clear and the display case/counter along with the frame for the fabric image was just great. We were able to ship the frame backdrop case in the couner case along with table cloth. The counter is multifunctional serving as a counter and a shipping container. During conference, used the shelves to store giveaways. Great job and thank you.”

“I've used the donation boxes for 2 different churches. They are sturdy, and look sleek and modern. The locks on them could be improved since they sometimes become loose and need adjusting.”

“The display works well in our office space. It keeps the papers in place without sliding or slipping. It would be nice if the papers in the display didnt curve as much but other than that, it's pleasing to the eye and functional.”

“Amazing. Our items arrived on time and complete. There was an error in the printing on one of our pieces which they immediately responded, took responsiblity and helped sort it out. They reprinted it and quickly sent it in time to meet our event deadline. Their customer service is the standard for how all companies should handle things when they make an error. Even in general communication they were friendly and responsive. We will defiitely use them again as we expand our needs for display items.”
