“Not thrilled with it. No insturctions whatsoever. I am an iphone user and this is set for andriod- could be part of the problem. Couldnt get it to function for the trade show I wanted it for.”

“I purchased an item by mistake and spoke with Customer Service. I was told that the shipper would contact me and that I should refuse the delivery. I was never contacted and the item was delivered when I was not at home. I contacted Customer Service again and they helped me return the item via the same shipper at no charge to me Displays To Go was very helpful and I appreciate the excellent Customer Service help.”

“If you have a good sense of how things align, assembly is a piece of cake. Think, rethink, top or bottom. Be diligent and it takes under half an hour. Is to don’t think, you will have problems. Divorce anything! It flows like water…”

“My company purchased a ticket tumbler and we threw it away after using it once. The door to the cage would hardly close and it was so poorly made that two different employees cut their fingers on the wiring.”

“The sign stand I bought (Outdoor Banner Hanging Stand w/ Ground Spikes for 78" to 120" Wide Banners - Silver SKU: ODBF46810) totally came apart in moderate winds and can not be repaired. Also, there were NO instructions with the unit I received but after some time I was able to figure it out do to the way the parts were labled. Very disappointed in this purchase. “Tiffany is one of Displays2go customer service representatives. I had the sincere pleasure of having her assisting me as I inquired about some of the companies products. She is absolutely phenomenal! In fact, right in the middle of the call. I stopped, and commended her on the fantastic job she was doing. I had an excellent experience with her. I came across an outdated catalog I had. I decided to call to speak with someone. I had no idea they no longer offered catalogs....lol. Although going to the website was one of the suggested options. I was so grateful that Tiffany was able to answer many of my questions and concerns. Not only was I looking at an outdated catalog, she was able to quickly help me navigate through the website comparing it to what I saw in the catalog complete with id numbers for future reference. She also made suggests for other product options. She was extremely knowledable, quick on her feet with her responses about the companies products and to top it off she cared and was joyous and you could hear her smile and hear her laughter. In today's society when excellent customer service is not as common. Tiffany knocked it out the park! Well done Tiffany🏆”
