Recently, my terminally ill mother saw my Air Force medal and ribbons in a social media post. I've never been one to show off, so for nearly two decades they have been shoved away in a box. My mom told me it was important to be proud of the things I've done in life, not so much to show off but just be reminded of where I've been and what I've done. She told me I should get a display for them as a birthday present from her to me. I assured her if I found a display I liked I would get it. Some time later I found myself looking online and came across one on your site. I sent her the image of it and she told me to get it. So, I did. When I received the package, I was disappointed. From the look of the box, I could tell it had been handled very roughly. I shifted the box and I could feel multiple pieces shifting inside. I carefully unboxed and removed the pieces and tried to assess things to see if I could repair it. I didn't see any way of making it look like it should. I pulled up the information for the order and called in. The representative I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Within a few minutes she assured me a replacement was being sent. She even added that she requested extra padding to ensure the displays protection. Today, I received the new display and it is immaculate.
