I was anticipating a delay in shipping due to COVID-19 but the item arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The unit was purchased for residential use as I wanted a sturdy easily rollable piece for media equipment to travel from room to room safely. This unit hit all the marks. I really like the non slip mat which I used on the top shelf which had slight cut out so my cables could pass through the pre-cut out hole in the back corner of the shelf keeping the cables neater. I really like the electrical plug outlet built into the inside lower level so when moving the piece I only have to unplug one plug from the wall. For future it would be helpful if the three plug ins were not so close together as a/c adapters are wide thus blocking the use of one of the plug ins. The cable from the unit that extends to a wall outlet is a nice length. I?m very happy with this purchase.
