I feel that I found the best price for the frame that I was looking for. The frame is a nice, plastic poster frame. I like that it came with a foam backing, acetate and hardware attached for hanging on the wall. The acetate arrived scratched in three places, two big and one small. Only the big one is visible and I positioned it at the bottom of the picture, so I decided not to return it. I love having my picture framed and on display! Thank you.
