The product is exactly as described and looks very nice when installed. All items needed were included in the package. The 4 star rating is for the perforations in the film (I used the clear) that should make removing the printed section easy, but I needed to use scissors which was very time consuming. We just moved offices and I had 35 to do at one time so if there is a way to improve the perforations, 5 stars is a guarantee!
