The reason for this rating is because I had to wait to customize a flag banner I ordered in order for them to ship everything out. We needed missed the dates we needed the other stuff for bc they have to ship everything ordered together, together. It was like 2 months too late. It's too late to return now also so we are stuck with it. :-(
