I didn't get all the parts in my original order. I reported the missing part and you attempted to send the missing part but you sent the same part I already had. I have been waiting several weeks and I am now working with service representatives to get the missing part. I have sent photos to show the part I am missing. Investigation is underway to identify, retrieve, send and deliver the missing part. I am frustrated. The representatives are nice, but nice only goes so far. If I don't get the part resolved this coming week, I will ask for my money back. I will send back all the stuff after I see the credit on my card. I save all of the shipping boxes.
