I received my order on a Friday which part of it was damaged. I contacted Displays2go customer service and about a week later, probably shorter than that, I received a replacement. Displays2go used rl carriers to deliver to my business. The driver, named Dan was so professional and courteous. With this COVID-19 thing going on, everyone is being so overly cautious that sometimes some people come off rude and inconsiderate. With my first delivery, the young man was extremely rude. He used a lift to put the crate with damaged items in a parking space, leaving me, a 5 foot 3 something inches woman to find a way to lift the items over a high ledge and into my shop. Walked away and never looked back. However, Dan not only stood there while my helper and I attempted to put the item on a dolly and move it. But he asked if we needed any assistance. Once I said no, I thanked him for his professional and polite manner. It?s so tough to order something online and get it in one piece now a days. Thank you Displays2go and Dan the delivery guy for making the second go round a smooth process. If I could have tipped Dan, I would have but I?m not sure the proper etiquette in this situation. Thanks again
