The ordering experience and turn around on receiving the display ballot boxes I ordered was excellent. The only issue was that I needed to push the metal latch up before attempting to lock the back in place, otherwise it did not line up with the slot for it in the back and would not lock. Overall, the product works well once you play with it a little, but not straight out of the box, and the experience was great.
