Unfortunately our product came with a factory defect, the sliding doors were put on completely wrong, like I am not even sure how they were able to package it because it was so wrong. The back sliding door (the one without the lock) fell right out as we were unpackaging it. I contacted the company who were very helpful. Within a few days we received our replacement at no charge to us. We haven?t unpacked it yet but we trust it will be in good working order.
