Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a 1:18 scale display case, look no further. First one I received was cracked in one corner but shipping box was not damaged. Called customer support and they quickly shipped a replacement at no cost. It arrived with a base that was not quite as nice as the base on the first one, so combined the best of the two cases for one very nice display case. Will definitely be back for more.
