The case is perfect and water tight )tons of rain this week). The only issue was the measurements. 11x17 means the interior dimension. We had a tight space and the exterior measurements are at least an extra inch on all sides - plus there needs to be space on one long side for the door to open/hinge. We found a way to make it work but with only a smidge of a millimeter to spare. Easy to open and add documents. Working well in the first week!
