The package arrived on time, but the box had been damaged and had large amounts of tape holding it together. Upon opening the box and doing inventory for assembly, it was discovered that the FIRST component (casters) to install was MISSING. Checked the remainder of component list and all were there. Decided to go ahead an assemble the easel, and contact Displays2go about the missing casters. Spoke with a nice person (Alexis), she shipped them to me with at no charge. Great customer service!!!
